Exactly--I doubt their stretching spots are "assigned" as such--if Diggs wanted to avoid him for warmups, I'm sure he could've made that happen.

It's got to be something else, imho--anybody who puts their body on the line (or airborne) the way Josh does to get a 1st down in a crucial spot like we've seen him do time after time, doesn't lack in fiery juice. But I have little doubt the whole story will come out soon enough.

Josh mentioned the cliche (but it's 100% accurate) that winning cures all--If the Bills storm out of the gate to a string of W's, that should wash out the taste of the Bungals game, at least to keep this train on the tracks. Diggs has at least shown by his reappearance today, that even if he's not happy, he'll only take that so far before doing what he should've been doing all along instead. But I do agree that if we flame out in the playoffs this year, no telling where he'll go after that.

Outside of Quessenberry and Bates, the Bills had exactly zero for depth to push Spencer and also back him up in case of injury—have to like that Beane is addressing wherever he can to plug holes, because Shell is instantly a better answer than Q or B, imho.
