Personally I don’t think the brain trust is done yet filling out the backfield (draft prospects), so those #s from either of the old guard may be a bit high, but I totally agree that Allen should come in a couple hundred less than 2018 if for nothing else, the overall passing O should be much improved in the 3500+ range. I’d like to see his 8 rushing TDs again though, as JA in short yardage or goal line will be a tough out.

I’m curious if Disney will pull all of its proprietary content from all of the other streaming platforms out there like Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and the like? I also have DirectTV Now, and the Disney Jr channel has “free” on demand content there, and the Disney app also has free content that unlocks with use of the driectTV Now login...wonder how all of that will be changing

Who's everyone's baseball team?

Buccos. Been a Pirates fan since Timmy Wakefield’s rookie knuckleballer mowed through the NL, and singlehandedly accounted for all of the wins against the Braves that year in a losing best of 7 series...after 91 it was 20 long years of an epic drought. I sure know how to pickem BTW, good to see you in better spirits today Ice? -
What? No love for Marvcus Patton? He gets in on name alone, imho.

Shades of Marino/Kelly’s rivalries but off the field friendship—you can tell there’s a mutual respect there which is cool -
Humble, yet oozing baller confidence? This kid is the real deal. Also love that he got one of the kids to give him an autograph—that’s a man of the people right there.

18 Free Agents 10 Observations

Great post OP. Your enthusiasm is infectious, and I’m literally so stoked to watch some training camp reps go down, here on a random Friday night/early Sat morning. I can’t find fault with any of your reasoning, and the alchemy employed by Beane to transform the leaks on this roster in literally one offseason probably has Hoodie adding 4 more deep frown lines to his mug. This season can’t get started quickly enough, and I wonder if this is what the offseason on cusp of greatness in like say, 1987 felt like?? (Started following the Bills closely in 90) -
Oh, sorry, I was distracted by your glaring shade of neon green that’s burned into my retinas now—I think the same thing happened to your new HC though

Or he can just leap over the lot of them and coolly waltz into the EZ after sticking the landing. -
Troll? Please. Come back when your avatar features a lame Patriots swoosh or the name of our QB in last year’s draft as being the “wrong” one, and we’ll talk about some trolling around here. Chin up.

Ignore the noise Ice, and keep your glass half full outlook front and center! Don’t lump everyone into one category
-
Don’t worry Ice, winning covers a multitude of warts and hurt egos, so just win baby! (except when playing the Bills)

Your All-Time Fav/Memorable Bills Plays

I don't think that it ever applied for the duration of the play however--only for the snap counts/audible calls phase, and it appears it was one of those rules not strictly enforced. Below are a couple of quick links I found on the interwebs concerning the overall concepts, old (1989-1994) and present: https://bleacherreport.com/articles/1885183-how-does-the-12th-man-really-affect-nfl-games https://www.seattletimes.com/sports/nfl-rules-on-crowd-noise/ -
Parts of it seemed exaggerated, like McCarthy's ambivalence about meetings, but I could totally see the rest of it being mostly legit. But hey, I don't wish your franchise ill will, they're not like the Pats or Jets to me, let's be real!

I'm with you based on wanting them to drop out of the playoffs hopefully sooner than later; however, if I don't catch any extra inside Pats scoops/storylines along the way beyond whatever fawning Pats coverage that is already force-fed to us by the 4-letter network and other outlets, I'm also not sad. Can we have our cake and eat it too on this?

Your All-Time Fav/Memorable Bills Plays

In his defense though, he was wearing some type of cast or brace for an arm injury that supposedly interfered with his ability to make that EZ catch? Of course, if that’s true, then why did the coaching staff or medical personnel not just keep him out so that somebody 100% could’ve been in there to catch what would’ve been the game winner? So I guess my point overall really isn’t “in his defense?” -
Some good some bad. Just as with any other profession we could name. The reality though is that if they only picked up non-legit work, they would struggle to keep the lights on, as there are frivolous litigation sanctions available as a deterrent for an aggrieved party to obtain against that. Not a perfect system to be sure, but it’s not as bad as stereotypes let on.

Great post, thanks for the upload! Did anyone else catch that the Denver blocker who got beat by Odomes was none other than Rick Dennison? Small world... Also, what a classic line by the Ref—“I’ve been requested to assist in quieting the crowd, your cooperation is appreciated” as poor Elway can’t call his audibles backed up to the EZ, LOL!!
