I worry if Daboll is the guy. This season will be really interesting. To me, this is where we see if the HC and GM are pushing the right buttons. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in ‘17 and ‘18. This year it’s on them. It doesn’t mean that if they go 6-10 again those guys should be gone but this season is a true data point to measure their success or lack there of. Hopefully: 2019 McDermott > 17/18 McDermott. 2019 ST > 2018 ST

I remember watching the K.C. /Seattle game last year. Wilson was throwing up these lobs (great location) and the receivers were just bringing them in like they were magnets. I remember thinking why can’t we have that.

I thought it is only guaranteed if he gets injured during the 2020 league year which starts March 1 and not during 2019.

Why not pick it up? If he has another pedestrian season in 2019 we can just release him or trade him. Am I missing something? If if he plays great that is a good problem to have.

If someone told me a couple of weeks ago we were getting Oliver and Ford without giving up a player and/or something in 2020, I would not have believed it. Very happy with round 1 and 2. We did get lucky. Our draft could have looked way different.

This debate comes down to Cody Ford versus DK. Simple as that. I’m so glad we took Cody Ford. Would pick him all day long. Would it have been nice to have the option in the 3rd to pick DK? It sure would have but it did not happen.

I was disappointed they did not take a WR. Although It was a bit eye opening to see DK and Butler fall like they did. Made me wonder If there was big drop off after Brown x 2 and Harry. With that said, I think we are pinning our hopes on Jones and Foster improving. As the old saying goes, hope is the raw material of losers. I would have been happier if they took Butler in the 3rd just to add a little more in the talent pool. However, I will be rooting for Singletary to succeed!

I would love if the Bills shed some of those later picks and move up to get Ford. That would be another steal to go along with Big Ed.

This is a very good list but I would prefer they focus on offense. I would add H. Butler

On the bright side Butler, Campbell, AJ Brown and of course DK are still available. I’m sure 2 of those guys will be there at 40. That’s not nothing. The Patriots could have picked Robert Kraft’s massage therapist and it still would have freaked us out.
