  1. Worse than this signing is that Smiley still has a job.
  2. Probably paying him under $1M. Get a competent punter for half what the Bills are paying their guy. Money that can be spent elsewhere.
  3. Do not see it. Henry is in his final years to try and make good $. He will be on the Bills in 3 years when he is making the vet min. I could see them getting a guy like Swift or Ekeler though.
  4. I dont think that is right unless I missed something. Mahomes signed a 10 year / $450M deal. All they did was move up a bunch of the money to 2023-2026 not give him a new deal. Its the same $450M.
  5. Mahomes has been paid $136M in 7 years. That is only $23M more than Allen at this point and one year longer. After year 7 Allen will be close to $150M and pass the cash Mahomes has received through 7 years.
  6. That is a restructure, not a new deal. Allen did a restructure last year as well and will be doing it again this year.
  7. Mahomes had his rookie deal and his new deal. Just like Josh.
  8. Hopefully a 3 year extension pushing money out a few years. Anything longer and I don’t like paying 33 year old corners $10+ million.
  9. Sadly cannot go back in time. But Imagine we had no Miller contract right now and were ready to spend that money on J Allen, D Hunter, B Burns, C Jones, etc
  10. We need help at WR and DL. All depends what happens in FA and how the draft falls. If all equal I think you go WR. Winning without enough targets is harder than winning with holes on D.
  11. Josh will get hurt week 5 with the Bills 4-0 and miss the year. Despite drafting defense heavy and spending $ on D in free agency the Bills will still score 28 points per game with Tyrod Taylor at QB but give up over 30 and go 4-13. McD keeps his job and fires Smiley because special teams cost them .8 yards in field position per game.
  12. The Chiefs consistently do what the Bills dont. They dont fold under pressure. The moment is never too big. On multiple occasions now we have seen the Bills lose in big games when they should win (13 seconds and this year) along with many late game collapses this year in regular season games.
  13. Football powerhouse. Most people talk about William & Mary like they do Alabama, Georgia, Michigan...
  14. Reid doesn’t waste time outs or do many stupid things. He adjusts and confuses other teams. The Bills win because Allen goes superhero alien mode and makes up for a lot of dumb coaching decisions.
  15. Special teams played a big role tonight. Who is our new special teams coach? Oh yeah, the obvious never happened.
  16. Purdy got the weak horse collar. Nice if Allen gets those. Mahomes on the grounding. We never got that call vs them.
  17. Kc looked like bills early on. Tons of balls behind the line etc. now starting to open it up.
  18. Wondering the same. The guy blocked the defender going for the ball.
  19. Niners playbook is how you scheme guys open. Look at the spacing they create. Crossing routes, different levels, rarely multiple guys in same space. Maybe we can borrow a few things.
  20. May possibly include the passing game coordinator title.
  21. Kamara yards per rec were on the low end of RB's. Most guys with similar targets are in the 8 yards per range while Kamara was 6 yards per. Cook had the same yardage on 30 less receptions. Sounds like we are going to even more behind the LOS and really short passes...
  22. Interesting stat. There were 17 changes in Off/Def Coordinators not due to a change in head coach. Of the 17 only 5 were internal hires. Buffalo was 2 of those 5. So excluding the Bills only 3 of 15 were internal. Internal Hires: BUFx2, CIN, LAR, BAL External Hires: PHIx2, CHIx2, PIT, TB, GB, MIA, NO, CLE, NYG, JAC

  24. Well luckily my latest mock on profootballnetwork addressed these needs. 28. Brian Thomas Jr. WR LSU 60. Bralen Trice EDGE Washington 99. Braden Fiske DT Florida State 128. Tanor Bortolini OC Wisconsin 158. Luke McCaffrey WR Rice 161. Demani Richardson S Texas A&M 197. Josh Proctor S Ohio State 201. Marist Liufau LB Notre Dame 205. Jha'Quan Jackson WR Tulane 245. Jase McClellan RB Alabama
  25. Along with a lot of the coaching discussion. We see a lot of these issues yet no forced changed to coaching staffs. A lot of these issues in my opinion are lack of repetition and preparedness. That at least partially falls on our coaches. Our RB coach has been here since 2017 and I wonder have our RB's grown under his watch? Singletary. Moss, and now Cook I would argue have not shown a town of growth in most parts of their game. Cook and his fumbles and drops are up compared to college. Cook still is not fully trusted to run block or many times be the receiving back. Just one example.
