The chatter around the Worthy trade isn't rational

I would not put Samuel in that category. He may be able to used in many different ways but that is different than being a a guy that opens up the field. Samuel is going to catch screens and a lot of short passes, can be used in the run game. But he is not a field stretcher or a guy forcing the D to drop back coverage. -

They showed the stat last night. KC had like 4 TD’s of greater than 20 yards all last season. Worthy had 2 in week one. Don’t see how people can diminish his impact. -

If you understand defense go watch the tape when Worthy is on the field. It’s not just the stuff he did in terms of the TD’s but how the defense adjusts coverage to account for him. That helps a guy like Rice get 100 yards. So many people seem to miss this concept. It’s what the Bills are missing, we have no one teams are worried about in that same way.- 388 replies

A non Bills fan that is a Lamar hater is also likely an Allen hater. Lamar is an elite athlete. Maybe not perfect as a a qb but still one if the best in the game. Allen is in that same bucket in a different way. He makes some bad decisions or misses throws “you have to make” but will do other things that no one can do. Allen and Lamar would both be qb’s a team would dream to have.

Wow. Likely is a stud. Helps your team when you find a guy like that in the 4th vs the 1st. -

Really? Kincaid was catching two yard passes and he was deemed the next Kelce. -

Worthy two TD's...it was blown coverage, KC would have got him anyway, he will get hurt, who cares. Keon Coleman does nothing...he is still learning the system, Brady offense is super complex, he needs 3 years to know what we have. -
Joe Marino: 1/4 of Bills 2024 salary cap is dead cap!

Its ok to be a Bills fan and admit that Beane and/or McD have done some stupid schlitz. -
Bingo. Look at the last 7 games including the playoffs. The Bills only threw for over 230 yards in 1 game out of those 7. They had under 200 yards in 4. You can say it was because the run game but it was more the Josh Allen run game. The Bills were in desperation mode and ok with putting everything on Josh shoulders by the end of the season of which Brady benefitted. They cannot play that game for a 17 game plus playoffs season or Allen will be toast. Lets see how Brady does. But this miracle worker narrative is just plain false. The schemed O was not great in most games it was more the Josh playing hero ball attack.
-
How many OC's fail with a star QB? Have you looked at the QB's in Daboll 3 failures? Payton's failed OC stint?

I have conclude that people will believe what they want here. Since Brady is the current and Dorsey the fired, most want to just say Brady is obviously better. Reality is we dont really know. Brady did a few things different that helped the team win. But a lot of the better O was simply a lot of Josh Allen because the Bills needed wins. He also benefitted from D playing much better. Lastly, they both had a lot of ugly O games. But Dorsey took the lumps of some McD blunders - Jets return for TD loss after giving up 10 points in the 4th, McD not holing lead vs NE in final minute, and the DEN debacle.

Have they decided if its Allen or White at QB?
