Not that draft position is the end-all-be-all or anything but, looking at mock drafts for this year and next: Alabama: 11 first round picks Buffalo: 7 first round picks 35 of Buffalo's players were drafted in any round; Alabama probably has more than that on their roster right now. Obviously Buffalo's players have developed in the NFL whereas some of these Alabama guys are projects, but the sheer number of NFL-ready guys that Alabama has is pretty absurd. Like I said, I really don't think the Bills could even score 29 points on them right now, much less beat them by over 29+. I also think Alabama's QB and WRs are better right now than Buffalo's.

I honestly don't think the Bills, with Peterman at QB, are capable of scoring 28 points against Alabama's defense, much less outscoring them by more than 28.

I think the perfectly clean programs are the exception honestly. I know of guys that were on the end of the benches in college that were getting paid by their schools, and for example, you have a school like Kansas (who are easily right up there with Kentucky as far as high profile goes) offering Zion Williamson money/Zion requesting money and then he ends up at Duke and we're supposed to believe he passed up on all of that to play at Duke for free? I don't buy it. I think the FBI hearings showed beyond a shadow of a doubt that impermissable benefits is a very widespread thing.

He touched the ball 26 times last season and fumbled it 6 of those times.

I think he's at least: 1. Been more productive in college than Foster 2. More shifty; Foster seems like he literally can only run straight. This guy has at least a little bit of elusiveness to him. I think he's more like a Tavon Austin type than a Foster type but still probably a non-factor overall unless Daboll gets creative.

For those interested, Lance Zierlein's scouting report on McKenzie from a couple years ago when he was in the draft: http://www.nfl.com/draft/2011/profiles/isaiah-mckenzie?id=2558129 The skinny on him is: Dude is absolutely tiny at 5'7" and 170 lbs, but he had a 4.42 40 and 36" vert. He was a return specialist for most of his college career with 6 punt/kick return TDs and then his playing time increased a lot his junior year, in which he led Georgia in basically all receiving categories with 40+ catches, 600+ yards, and 7 TDs. Pretty much purely a vertical threat that was considered to have relatively poor hands and poor route running but has speed for days and can make people miss once he gets the ball.

I'm not positive, but I think it might light up in a way that it very quickly and briefly shows you the direction (starts out lighting up on the left and very quickly lights up towards the right to show that the animal was headed towards the right), but I'm not entirely sure. I usually only track animals after I initially see them flee anyways so I know which direction they were headed.

I can definitively say that one part in fixing the offense would be to not be spending by far the most money on RBs in the league.

I haven't really had an issue with the trails ending unless you're referring to the "Tracking _____" bar emptying. You have to keep entering eagle eye every once in awhile to reset the bar as far as I can tell. My issue with the moose is that he kept moving at the last second, so I had to shoot him like 5 times and each time I missed, I spent another half hour running around in circles trying to track him again. By the time I finally killed him, eagle eye just looked like a gigantic spider web because we had run laps around the same creek like 50 times.

It's amazing how much time I can pass with this game. Spent a solid 2 or 3 hours the other night hunting down the legendary moose up in the northeast. Also really enjoyed taking a train up to a random city (which turned out to be in the NE corner of the map) and then just rode my horse down the coast discovering a lot of other areas. I'm probably a solid 30-40 hours in and it says I'm like 30% of the way through the story missions and like 42% of the way through the game.

For what it's worth, one of the guys I trust is saying we're out on Stewart at this point barring something unforeseen changing.

The Browns and Bucs haven't made the playoffs in roughly a combined 30 years and they still make big signings seemingly every offseason. Buffalo will be able to sign guys if they want to.

This is what the people I trust have been saying too; from what I've heard, the staff came out of Akok's visit with the impression that he wasn't all that interested in them anymore. I hope you're right about Stewart; I've heard that we at least have a chance but isn't seen as particularly likely.

That pass is so perfect, but I honestly wonder if NFL teams will watch that play and just think "It's a nice throw, but man his footwork is a mess" and actually look at this as a negative play for him.

It’s not strictly the cap space for for me so much as it is the fact that I yoinks Buffalo can get an upgrade at RB for a fraction of the cost.

Seems like an inefficient use of the cap to me, but it is what it is. I don't mind having him around or anything.

His last season as a starter, he played for a god awful team and if you extrapolated his numbers for a 16 game season, he would have finished with roughly 4,300 yards, 29 TDs, and 6 or 7 INTs.
