  1. No, intent to commit a crime is only required if it's a vehicle based on what was referenced above.
  2. Sounds like he probably faces a small fine and everyone can move on peacefully.
  3. He'd definitely add the speed and quickness that Buffalo needs. I think the questions with him are his hands and size. He's listed at 160 lbs. That's just nuts, and there's obviously the question of what he'll lose by putting on the weight that he probably needs to play in the NFL. I've also seen people question his hands a decent amount which isn't great considering what Buffalo has dealt with the past couple years. If he's there in the 2nd round I think you gotta consider him, but I wouldn't feel comfortable taking him where Buffalo is likely picking in the 1st (unless they have a significant trade down).
  4. He's literally Syracuse's backup QB now. He'll be lucky if he gets a UDFA deal.
  5. Yup, Kingpin, Killgrave, and Cottonmouth were all absolutely amazing in their roles which is what has me so excited to start DD Season 3. Villains in Iron Fist were definitely lacking both seasons compared to those guys. Season 2 was slightly better IMO.
  6. Point #1: There's simply no way that Beane goes for Carr. I'm sure he wants Allen to continue playing. Point #2: Paying a QB that can't carry a team roughly $20 million is not a good place to be; this was one of the main reasons for moving on from Tyrod. I don't think Carr ends up getting moved. The teams that would have interest in him either cannot afford him (Jags) or their picks are too valuable to trade for him (Giants). The only real possibility I see for a trade is if Oakland and Miami agreed to do a Foles-Bradford style swap and just swapped Carr and Tannehill but that's probably a longshot.
  7. For those suggesting that Shurmur was stupid to go for 2, it's statistically speaking the right move.
  8. I honestly thought the first season of Cage was pretty lame once we hit the halfway point. I won't spoil anything about the show just in case someone around here is interested and still hasn't watched it, but you'll know what I'm talking about; something major happened at the halfway point and it all went downhill after that for me. Jessica Jones season 2 was alright, but David Tennant was amazing and obviously he was very minimally involved in season 2. I still love Krysten Ritter and I liked the way they developed Malcolm in season 2. I sadly think I preferred Iron Fist season 2 over Luke Cage season 2; the ending of Iron Fist actually had me kinda excited for Season 3. Hope it returns on the Disney service.
  9. I kinda get what Eli was thinking with the QB sneak. Don't really have to waste any time telling people what to do and QB sneaks work like 90% of the time. Just so happens Eli apparently occupies the 10% by himself. They took so painfully long to run it though.
  10. Yeah I more or less agree. Just don't think it'll be the big city that woos Giannis. I can't speak to Unibrow, but if Giannis leaves, I think it'll simply be because the Bucks aren't good enough and there's another team out there that offers a better opportunity. Like I said, I expect him to leave eventually. I won't be mad when he does either; he's made the Bucks fun to watch again for the first time in nearly 20 years.
  11. Maybe it's just all being polite, but everything that Giannis has said for the past 4 or 5 years suggests that he doesn't really like big cities like LA, NY, etc. He says Milwaukee reminds him of his home back in Greece. I'm a Bucks fan, and I'll probably continue to expect him to eventually leave until he retires, but we'll see. He's certainly said all the right things and it looks like they've finally found a real coach. The Bucks have looked fantastic so far this season.
  12. I was hopeful at first. Then I was skeptical after this offseason's moves coupled with gameday decisions that McD made throughout his first season, but continued to think they need to get the offseason to bring their process full circle. After this statement, I think I'm pretty much out.
  13. Gruden also said Cooper will be a big part of the passing game moving forwards like a week ago so I’m not gonna put much stock in what he says. Having said that, I don’t think they’ll find any takers for Carr so I think he stays at least for this season.
  14. He's paid roughly $14 million next season and then becomes a free agent after that.
  15. To be fair, his contract is fully-guaranteed for 10 years if I remember right. Oakland really can't afford to get rid of Gruden for quite awhile, so he should have a long enough leash to tear this team down (and maybe even tear it down a second time) lol. Raiders probably played themselves by giving him that much power, but that's where we are now. They absolutely have to nail these picks/the signings they make with the money that they saved on Mack to not come away looking like fools though, and that's not an easy task.
  16. I honestly don't think he necessarily lost that trade either. Two first round picks, a 3rd round pick, a 6th round pick, and roughly $24 million in cap space is a lot to get back for one player, especially one that isn't a quarterback. This draft class is loaded with pass rushers if Oakland elects to go that route too. I think people have overreacted to that trade big time personally. Obviously it's a pretty big loss in the short-term, but I think the Raiders have shown that they weren't going anywhere this season anyways and if they play their cards right with all the assets they got in return, they should be able to retool pretty quickly.
  17. He's currently rated the 65th best WR in the league by PFF and that's better than he was last year. To put that in perspective, Kelvin Benjamin is only 12 spots behind him. His grade of a 64.8 is currently below 16 first round picks (and presumably a bunch more picks that came outside of the 1st round). It's an upgrade for Dallas for sure, but yes, I think teams fully expect that they can draft better players than him.
  18. Yeah but with Cooper, maybe that ends up only being a top 6 pick instead.
  19. I was just about to say I imagine the Eagles are pursuing Peterson. Also think the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could very well be in on him too.
  20. The Cardinals are at -92 point differential. Buffalo is -94, so it's actually really close between those two.
  21. After this week's ratings come out, I predict that Darnold, Rosen, and Allen will all be in the bottom 4 of starting QBs according to PFF. All 4 of the rookies are in the bottom 5 based on ESPN's QBR as well, and if you add up the Week 7 QBRs of each of the rookies that started, they barely edge out Derek Anderson.
  22. It doesn't really change much, but for the record, these guys actually have the following number of fumbles: Darnold: 3 Mayfield: 4 Allen: 4 Rosen: 3
  23. If it's any consolation, Derek Anderson's QBR this week was 25.2. The three rookie QBs this week COMBINED for a QBR of 26.7. It was a tough week for the rookie class lol
  24. Even as somewhat of a Tyrod supporter, I'd still make the trade that they did. The first pick in the 3rd round for Tyrod was a great deal. Having said that, as I said throughout the offseason, it was clearly going to be a step back at the QB position this year. It was pretty much guaranteed that Peterman would be a downgrade from Tyrod; and both Allen and McCarron were almost certainly going to be worse.
  25. That's not true. Certainly it can't be any worse than it is right now! Surely this is the bottom, right?
