Allen suffered a wrist injury against KC, won’t go to Pro Bowl
Process replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
What did he play through other than the hand injury early in the year? It was one of his healthier seasons, no? -
QB sneaks are tough to spot because of the congestion. If there is a forward push and it appears close, the offense always get the benefit of the doubt. In this case we didn't even need benefit of the doubt because it was CLEAR and OBVIOUS he got it. It's just ridiculous. They didn't give us the first down, because they didn't want us to get the first down. Period.

It's ridiculous to suggest we can't get over the hump with this coaching staff. Last year in a game where half our defense was out or playing hurt, we lost by 3 points in a game that ended with the offense failing to execute on the final drive. This year, with a roster much less talented than the Chiefs, we again lost by 3 points in a game that ended with the offense failing to execute on the final drive.

Calls for an investigation on Bills for Christian Benford's concussion

Pretty sure for away game he would have needed to be cleared prior to the flight to KC. -
That's tough to watch but equally as bad as the drop is the protection, which clearly shifts left. Result was both of our guards not putting a hand on anyone and two defenders with a free run at Allen. Not sure who is at fault for that, but the play was doomed from the start. The play call worked, if protection holds Josh has three guys wide open for a first. Just brutal.

If that's the case and he was hindered they should have shut him down. Offense was just fine when he was out.

In both of our last two losses to KC, Allen got the ball at the end with a chance to win the game, and came up short. Both times. It's not all his fault. But when you are talking legacy, that hurts. Bad. And I hate it for him so much, because a few years ago he DID win the game, and the coaches blew it with a historic collapse.

Can we keep Beane but forbid him from making first round draft picks or any decisions at all regarding the defensive line?

Dalton Kincaid- why so underwhelming this season?
Process replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Great angle of it 1. Hot take .... It was not an "easy catch." He had to make a big adjustment backwards. But sometimes you need guys to make big plays, and he failed to do that. Great effort by Josh to give him a chance. 2. Man if protection held up he was WIDE OPEN -
What did he say? I missed it.

Forced punts on KCs first two drives in the second half and held them to a FG at the end, giving our offense 3 minutes to go win the game....
-
What does that make Lamar? Burrow?

Pretty remarkable when you think about it. Allen with an absolutely dreadful start. Von and Greg useless. Kincaid two drops. Elam abused. Keon and Cooper did nothing like usual. O line had their worst game of the year. And we lost by 3.

Way more disappointed with Brady than I am McDermott tonight.

Hard to beat the Chiefs and the refs every post-season

Yea I saw that one. Was hoping we had something down the first down line and from the other side. -

Do we have a better angle of the throw to Kincaid that they marked short? Before the QB sneak.
