Great post! I won't be surprised if the Bills mine some of the Pats playbook from the Gronk / Hernandez days. Two TE passing attack with Cook out of the backfield could give team a big problem. You going to cover Knox or Cook with a LB? You're toast. Going to go nickel against Knox and OJ in to block? Watch Cook (or Josh) take off down field.

4 of those scouts said he can be the starting MIC. Another said he'd be the best #3 LB in the league. Another 4 had very positive things to say. 2 were negative.

Doubs or ND Austin may be be there at 30.

I do think we have a need for 2 RB's every game, and Cook will be one of those 2 for the very start.

He can be a 50+ reception per year guy, and is a legitimate threat that will make opposing defenses worry about him coming out of the backfield.

Cook is going to be RB 2 / 3rd down back in a running back by committee. Motor should get 60-70% of snaps. But Cook has proven he doesn't need a high volume of work to be lethal.

He kind of just glides too. Very smooth. He's going to go early in the 4th, imo. Going to need to move up quickly.

I've done a ton of mock drafts, and I was honestly stunned bc he never came up for me. That's just who he reminds of of after watching a few highlights and looking at his measurements.

He reminds me a little bit of Darius Leonard.

Full confession, and talking about getting greedy. When NFL Network announced the Bills traded up just before cutting to commercial (and why do they always cut to commercial when the Bills are on the clock?) they had the Bills logo on the screen at 23 and 25. For about 90 seconds I jumped around believing Beane grabbed 2 firsts. Then they can back from commercial and announced the trade was 25 + 4th Rd for 23. I was a bit deflated.

I like Jerome Ford too. Thought he was one of the few players on Cincinnati's offense that played well againt Bama. Good receiver, good speed, good power, can block some.
