  1. The Rams will be at their 5 game primetime max already. Same with the Packers. And there's no way I can see them having two 5-10 teams between the Giants and Cowboys to see who wins a crappy division. Every team can only have a maximum of 5 primetime games a season
  2. They don't schedule them right away when the schedule is made. They leave it open to choose from the 1pm or 4pm games. They have always done that with the exception of a couple years ago when the NFL was playing on Christmas
  3. So, looking at the week 17 slate of games, there are only two games that I see as possible flex material for SNF that week. The first one is Steelers vs Browns The Steelers could very well be playing for a perfect season come week 17. I have looked at their schedule and the only two teams I could possibly see beating them would be the Ravens on Thanksgiving night and possibly us On SNF in week 14. That's about it. Unless they drop a dud against a bad team, I can't see them really losing anymore than one game to that point in the season. Which then leaves the Browns who should still be in the thick of the playoff race in the last week of the season which could make for high flex appeal. Especially, since the Steelers have always been a hot ticket for primetime games. There's also the fact that I believe every team is allowed up to a max of 5 primetime games a season. The Steelers would not have exhausted that yet. This could very well be the pick The second option is Dolphins vs Bills Both teams should be fighting for the division come the last week of the season which could lead to a grudge match to put on SNF to end the season. The one thing that this game has to make it more appealing than the Steelers vs Browns game is that, if the Steelers do have home field wrapped up, they could decide to sit some players. I don't know if the NFL is gonna want a bunch of Steelers backups playing on national tv. Josh Allen vs Tua could be intriguing for them to move it plus, I'm fairly certain this division will come down to this game which means neither team will be resting any starters. The one reason why the NFL might not flex this game is the Bills could be coming into this game with 4 straight primetime games already, if they make that Broncos game a Saturday night game that is. I don't think they will want the same team on primetime 5 weeks in a row but then again, who knows? No other game is appealing enough to flex that week. The Packers and Bears game could be flexed but the Packers would have alreadt had their 5 primetime games by that point and the Rams would have had their 5 primetime games as well. They play the Cardinals that week I think it's possible and can be interesting. Let's Go Bills!!!!
  4. Do you think we can beat the Bye Week? I wonder what the over/under is
  5. Who's are the top RBs coming out in the draft next year? I feel like getting one of them would complete our offense, with maybe the exception of a game changing TE
  6. Well, this is a guy who thought it would be wiser to throw the ball from the one yard line on 2nd and goal in the Super Bowl instead of give it to Lynch with 3 tries left to pound it in....so yes, I guess you can say stupid
  7. How much will his 5th year option be?
  8. The Titans had 2 and a half weeks to prepare. We had one week which consisted of preparing for two teams and not knowing when or if we were gonna play one or both. I think that had a lot to do with both the Titans and Chiefs games
  9. I would prefer the Colts win this game since the Titans have the tie breaker over us for possible home field if it comes to that. It gives the Bills some leeway for at least another week
  10. I love how we got him and he's been fantastic. I wish the TDs were higher. He only has 3 so far this season
  11. It says on the NFL.com site that the Bengals vs Steelers game is on Fox. The 3 games on at 4:00 on CBS is Chargers vs Dolphins, Bills vs Cardinals and Broncos vs Raiders. So, unless the Steelers game moves to CBS unless that's a typo on NFL.com, we could have the number 1 game on CBS. Roethlisberger looks like he could be missing that game to so it might not appeal to many people seeing Mason Rudolph going against the Bengals
  12. What are the odds that we get Nance and Romo this week? According to NFL.com, there are only 3 games on CBS this week and all are on at 4pm. Nance and Romo have to be doing one of them whch might end up being Chargers vs Dolphins
  13. I was perfectly ok with only 6 seeds but I always thought the division winners should make the playoffs but not be guaranteed a home playoff game. So essentially, a 7-9 division winner would make it but be a 6 seed as opposed to one of the top 4
  14. Clearly, TJ Graham was more important
  15. I like this but only if the donuts are all chocolate glazed
  16. I would like to think if this was the Bills playing this way against the Giants. The doom and gloomers would crying about how bad we are and McDermott is a fraud and being out coached, the team is a joke and will only win 8 games. The whole 9
  17. Can all these doom and gloomers stop posting permanently if we win? People freaking out about every little thing. RELAX. my God
  18. I became a Bills fan because my Uncle is a huge Bills fan. I was 6 years old the year we went to the first Super Bowl which was the 92 season. The first game I ever remember watching was the no punt game. Seeing both offenses going back and forth, I just remember being entertained and just sitting on the floor and watching the game with my family. And being able to watch Kelly, Reed and Thomas on that explosive offense. I got hooked. Never looked back
  19. I'm not saying different things. You just can't comprehend. I'm saying Belichick is a GOOD coach and COULD HAVE WON A SB OR 2 WITHOUT BRADY. However, BRADY took BELICHICK to the next level and made BELICHICK who he is and his 54-66 RECORD without BRADY is a good argument to prove this
  20. I did give credit to belichick earlier in the thread. You said I can't read. You're the one who obviously needs to Never said he wasn't good. I'm just saying I think he gets too much credit for what he did in NE. Could he gave won a SB or two without Brady? Maybe. but he wouldn't have gotten to 11 championship games or whatever it was and 6 SBs without Brady. Give him a number of years without the greatest QB of all time and see what happens. If he gets to another SB without him, I will gladly eat crow
  21. What is the bolded for?
  22. Even if it's a mix of both, it's more Brady than Belichick. Period. Brady is still proving it in Tampa. I did acknowledge that Belichick is a good coach and may have won a SB or 2 without Brady but he wasn't getting 6. Belichick's career record without Brady is 54-66. The two of them together were great but Brady took it to the next level
  23. You're making it sound like all of NEs success is on Belichick. You make it sound like 11 championship games and 6 SBs would have happened regardless of who the QB was. I'm telling you Belichick is who he is and had that success because of Brady. His record prior and after Brady proves that you have to at least consider that.
