    McCoy needs to be a 3rd down back (mostly, only). He'd be a very expensive 1 down back. Ivory (and Murphy?) need to slam it in there 1st and 2nd down and get to 3rd and manageable. If McCoy wants to dance around on 3rd down to try to get the 1st, then so be it. Dancing on 1st/2nd down is a drive killer. other option is to put Shady in the slot sometimes

    Roman was fired the day after the offense put up 393 yards and 31 points against the Jets. Rex's D gave up 37 points that day in the loss. CLEARLY this was the offenses' fault.

    I like trade down. Ideal would be to trade down and somehow still get Greg Little, OT, Ole Miss. at new 1st rd spot (and still have another 1st rd pick left).

    Maybe change it to the buffalo rumbling noise instead. If not, I say keep it. They usually blow the horn while the O is in their huddle making it harder to hear and fans get a little louder as they come to the line.

    I love the chunk yardage throws. When he drops back, I know there is a good chance the ball is going at least 20 yards. Very different from the prior decade where we played small ball all game. Let her rip!

    Fair enough. Never played OL, so maybe switching stance and steps are more difficult than I realize. Still think any lineman "should" be able to figure it out, but I'll concede I don't know how hard that really would be. I would still like a mountainous LT in the first round... Then put Dion wherever he'd be best.

    I've heard that before ("it's all backwards") and I just cannot accept that. The mauler thing, maybe... but for a professional athlete who works on his craft as his career.... you're telling me he can't figure out how to adjust from left to right?
