  1. Quality draft picks year after year solves most problems. Minimize need for FAs. Ideally only need 1 or 2 each year. Hoping Bills can draft 4-5 immediate starters next year (from their 10 picks).
  2. The only fantasy Bills you should consider starting are: DEF & K "Maybe" Shady, but looking like ~80 total yards, no TDs is all you're gonna get most weeks out of him.
  3. Was very gracious to my dad during a chance meeting. Talked with him for ~2 minutes like a regular fan would. Ralph extended and shook his hand at the end. That was Ralph.
  4. OK. Fine. Just changed to my backup, Stafford (@ Mia). Luck's been money the last 3 weeks though (fantasy wise). Go Bills.
  5. Luck's my fantasy QB. At this point, fantasy is all I have left. Hoping for at 300+ and 4 TDs
  6. So funny. I don't usually eat a whole box at a time like you. I will say I agree they changed the formula for HNC though, used to be sweeter. Maybe cuz all the bees are dying and honey is more expensive. Who knows. Yeah, can't really go wrong with GG either. Solid choice.
  7. Elmo would be fun to hang with coked-up all night.
  8. Read between the lines.... "We knew this year was going to be tougher than last year. We have a plan that we cannot say publicly. We will obviously rid ourselves of Peterman and Benjamin after the season. We are likely to trade 1 or 2 key pieces for personnel or draft picks (not sure when). Through FA and especially the draft we will address the WR and OL situations. Additionally, we'll add a top flight CB and DT. We are not thrilled with Dabol so far, but we understand he's working with some limited, and some inexperienced talent. We plan to fix that. There is no way we will fire Dabol, can you imagine how bad that would make us look? As long as we don't lose our fans or our jobs, we're secretly OK with losing these games. Higher draft picks means higher talent level moving forward. We've told the Pegula's our plan and they are on board. Next year is the year of the Bills. Just got to get through this year."
  9. Offensive Ranking: Rams, 1st Broncos, 12th Defense Ranking: Rams, 9th Broncos, 26th Rams have scored: 33, 34, 35, 38, 33 Goff/Gurley/Cooks/Kupp/Woods Broncos have scored: 24, 20, 14, 23, 16 Keenum/Lindsay/Sanders/Thomas On paper, the only thing Denver has going for it is the weather/altitude. Crazier things have certainly happened, but Rams are a solid pick, especially to just win (they're favored by 6.5, which really means 9.5 better, according to the "experts").
  10. Rams are dominant in every way. If you lose with them, at least you wont second-guess yourself. They are the obvious choice. Let one of the other 6 people make a ballsy choice.
  11. Kitchen accident. Having a final TB12 snack at home before leaving for Gillette. After applying a spoonfull of special avocado spread to his medium-sized banana, no one saw the banana peel fall to the floor (Giselle was in the other room re-watching herself on the Tonight Show for like the 20th time.). Tom took two steps reaching for his black, sprockets-style, mock turtleneck, slipped on the banana peel, and smashed his throwing hand on the deluxe juicer on the counter next to him. Two broken metacarpals requiring pins.
  12. Nonstop coverage on all football channels discussing how in the world the Patriots are going to manage without Brady the rest of the year.
  13. Hey, they had a little somethin' for everybody. I'd bring my binoculars in the upper deck to get a closer look at "the football game."
  14. Back in the "old" days, the Jills were our porn. You had to try to store it into your memory for later. Kids have it so much easier today.
  15. It's one of the many reasons I don't ever want a new stadium. The old, classic memories, players, and stories will forever swirl around that place (as long as it's standing).
  16. Serious (likely dumb) question. Is there any scheme that would allow Bills O to double team BOTH Watt and Clowney nearly EVERY play? I'll try to suggest a few ways, not sure how sound they are: - Double-tight (TEs), maybe empty backfield, 3 WRs (with shady in slot), or 2 WR set with Shady or Ivory in backfield - Single-tight TE (one side), FB in to help with other side - Pulling Guards - WR come down blocks - G/T double on both sides, C takes one DT, FB takes on other - Let one DT go unblocked and hope you can make a move to avoid him, or design play away from Other ways?
  17. Not sure what your point is. Mine is simple. The OL needs a major overhaul. Yes, Dawkins is doing well at LT, but he's actually a RT. Drafting a superior LT (and C) would solidify the line for years to come (and protect/give time to our prized QB). Not being a hero, just giving an opinion on a board that was built for fans to give their opinions.
  18. Yep - that's what I mean... get him back to his natural position and draft a beast for LT. No excuse for not drafting a 1st round LT this coming draft. Makes too much sense. (Also need to draft a C in first 1-3 rounds). We can probably fudge around with OGs, but LT, C, RT need to be rock solid.
