  1. Kenny Davis was my favorite. I just loved how he came in, played his role to perfection and never complained about getting more carries. Always a threat to score with the ball in his hands. Also, speaking of Bills RBs that played a roll...always loved Robb Riddick. Many remember him as the guy that kept over piles and into the end zone...but my favorite play of his was where they were playing Tampa and stuck near rheir own goal line...and they used the Riddick leap to jump OUT of an end zone.
  2. Just gonna leave this hair...err i mean here
  3. Bad article. But hey, gotta love the Bobby Heenen reference. So he has that going for him.
  4. Seeing the way the draft actually played out I think its obvious we would have pounced on Edmunds at 12. Then Rudolph at 22 would have been my bet. I don't think Rosen was even a fallback option in hindsight.
  5. The 2018 Buffalo Bills: No drought, No Russ.
  6. Hasn't played in a game since 2014 and has a very long injury history.
  7. I think our defense can keep us in the tough road games. And who knows what shape these teams will be in due to injury, suspension or mindset when we play them. I'm anxious to see how Daboll runs his offense here and what he does with what he has. While I do expect to lose some those tough road games, I don't fear getting blown out of any of them.
  8. I have a sneaking suspicion that Proehl is this years Reilly.
  9. I think smart coaches do it both ways tbh. If in the 1st quarter you see what you are doing isn't working, making a small tweek is vital. Kind of keeping a band aid on the situation to remain competitive. Halftime you have more time so you can put forward some larger changes to the game plan.
  10. I believe this video is proof that Big Ben didnt just contain his "aggressive pursuit" off the field to just women. #AndyDaltonToo I can see stills from this video replacing the Peter Pan click trap joke.
  11. Oh, well if Gruden said it it must be true.
  12. Same thing was said by much of the same people about Wentz. Truth is no one will really know anything until the pads come on. That's where we see where he is.
  13. Everyone has an opinion on if he should start or sit. Unfortunately, none of us know what's TRULY in his best interest and would aide his development the best. For every case of "Yea well Rodgers sat and turned out well" I can throw a "Yea well Russell Wilson never sat". What it simply comes down to in my opinion is...what way does Josh Allen learn the best? Is he the type of learner that can watch others, ask questions and absorb it all in? Is he the kind of,guy that has to feel the moment, get his hands in the dough so to speak and figure it out that way? That said, my opinion is this. We are a run first team (no matter who is QB) that should have a solid defense. Whoever is the QB to start the season is going to be masked to some extent. If he is the kind of guy that can learn by doing, let him do it.
  14. Yes. And if it's a guy that was good 7 years ago...expect multiple.
  15. What I wonder is this. Can a guy like Allen hire Palmer, then have Palmer in contact with Daboll to see what Daboll would like him to focus on? I would think as long as Allen pays out of pocket they can't stop Palmer (as long as Bills dont give him money) from talking to Buffalo coaches and gaining guidence from them.
  16. PSA: Midgets prefer the term "little person" or even just "person". They do NOT like the term "people McNuggets" Have a great day all!
  17. Can't tell, could be Al Cowlings...could be Steve Christie.
  18. There are a few teams with questions at the position. You have the Chiefs and Chicago in pretty much the same, position as Buffalo with young and unproven guys with potential. Then there is the Texans that has the question mark of Watson returning to form and evolving his game over time when defenses catch up. You have teams like the Jags and Browns (if Taylor indeed starts) that have or may have teams with inadequate QB play but are able to be masked or a team like the Giants that have a declining and aging Manning. What I see when I look at the QB room in Buffalo is hope. If AJ can play even at the Andy Dalton level we can be ok until Allen is up and ready. It seems we built a heckuva(on paper) defense that should keep us in most games. In my opinion for this season we have to have an incomplete/unknown grade on our situation until we see how AJ and Allen play. But I think this QB room has the potential to be really solid.
  19. I would say they are showing a ton of promise and we are heading in the right direction.
  20. Yea, but other than all that...we've heard of him. Get it done ??
  21. Was about to say the same. That said I voted coaching. Dave Culley is the biggest question mark on the staff for me.
  22. I like a nice cut of bison steak myself. Who would that be? Darnold?
