  1. AJE would be a great fit in Buffalo. It will be interesting to see if Beane moves up into the mid teens in the upcoming draft if there is a player they really covet. For the first time in what seems like an eternity the roster is solid. HOWEVER, it’s critical for them to add significant talent that can be difference makers at WR and DE. Each side of the ball needs someone the opponent has to account for. Currently, on offense our only difference maker is JA. Current WR core is solid but needs more talent. TE are developing but have to become more consistent and reliable. Singletary has potential but we need a power back that can provide a 1-2 punch. DE, WR, RB along with LB and Secondary depth seem like our biggest needs. I could also see us drafting a QB in the 4th round as a backup to Josh. Wonder what the staff thinks of Nate Stanley (QB from Iowa). Three year starter, strong arm, pro style offense, big and strong. They have the cap space and the draft capital to make a serious run in 2020.
  2. Lack of tackling!
  3. Poor tackling and conservative playcalling once we get to the opponents 30 yard line has been a consistent trend all season. Today it bit them. Defense blew in the 2nd half. Still can’t believe they gave up TWO 2 pt conversions. Daboll called a strong game first half but during the 2nd and OT probably ensures why he won’t be a HC next season.
  4. Sorry this game was lost by the lack of piss poor tackling ALL game. They even make half of those tackles and it’s a completely different game. LB and secondary had huge missed tackles. IMO, the offense did enough to win the game. Not sure why we ran such a conservative defensive scheme. At the end of the day, it’s a team lost and the seasoned more experienced team made a few extra plays against a younger upstart team. Half glass full, Bills went toe to toe with the Ravens and Patriots. I wanted this game as much as anyone else but in year 3, they should finish 11-5 and secured a playoff spot in week 16. That is SIGNIFICANT progress. Now go beat the Texans! Future looks bright!
  5. Let’s just leave no doubt tonight and beat the Steelers!
  6. I’ll settle for a wildcard but want the division title THIS year. IF the Bills were to run the table, I feel that would happen. The Patriots are in trouble and I want the Bills to finish them this year! Beat the Ravens and game on!
  7. The Bills don’t need AJ Green any longer. DE and WR would seem to be our two biggest needs going into next season. Not sure you need to do anything regarding the OL other than additional depth. Need a power RB and LB depth in the later rounds. I would be surprised if they don’t focus on keeping our own players (Shaq and Phillips) this offseason. Excited to see us winning while BUILDING a contender. All Bills fans should be pumped about the present and the future! Now go win the division this year!
  8. Personally I could care less at this point in the season what the media or pundits think. Just keep winning and the rest will take care of itself! Bills get to the playoffs this year, add more talent in the draft and land some FA’s with their cap space and they will get plenty of prime games in 2020! Sorry but this ISNT the same ole Bills as in the past!
  9. IMO, we’d all like to see a bigger impact. However, I’d ask the same on Hughes and Star? Two veteran players that hav3 been almost invisible for 8 games. Front seven these last three games have really struggled!
  10. Have you watched the Bills this year? Cleveland is very talented. Bills are going to need to play much better than the past 3 games! Getting a road win would be huge!
  11. The playcall on 4th and less than a yard was maddening in the 3rd quarter. Get a first down and high probability the Bills go on to score and game is over.
  12. Talented big WR, OLB, DE and a power running back to replace Gore next year are all big needs going into 2020.
  13. How did this game even get selected for MNF?
  14. Bills are going to need an upgrade after the season at RB. Gore has certainly exceeded expectations thus far.
  15. Bills fan for 30 plus years. Love the direction the team is heading. Solid defense, have a QB to build around, improved OL and WR plus they are in excellent shape with the salary cap and have plenty of draft capital. They are excellent shape to add additional playmakers in 2020. I would estimate Beane and McDermott are ahead of schedule at this point. We haven’t had a true QB in decades and overall I see a QB that continues to improve. JA has his flaws but thus far he continues to deliver in the 4th quarter. The past is the past for the Bills and I’m loving the present and looking forward to future success for this long deserving franchise and city! Lets Go Buffalo!
  16. Quick thoughts.... Any win is better than a lost but expected a better overall performance. Bills have yet to play a complete game. Far too inconsistent Playcalling is a head scratcher at times Expected to see much more of Singletary today Zero pass rush today. Need much more from the Dline Edmunds struggled along with Levi Wallace JA with the exception of the deep ball played well. 2TDS no turnovers Solid special teams Tre White, Haluscha with my gameball Daboll and Frazier need much better gameplans against the Eagles End of day 5-1 makes everything better. 6-1 would be a nice statement win! Lets Go Buffalo!
  17. Thanks. We better load up this year because next years schedule on paper looks like a beast.
  18. Does that mean we get the Rams and Seattle in Buffalo?
  19. Adding a playmaker type like Von Miller, Mack or Bosa to this D would be ridiculous!
  20. Niners dline is legit. In comparing the Niners to the Bills our position players seem much slower. Cant remember if we play at SF or if they come to Buffalo? If the Bills finish strong, we could see prime time games against KC, Pats and Niners next year.
  21. Pats are the gold standard in the NFL. Not going to overreact that they confused JA. JA played bad but WR’s got little separation, pass blocking struggled and didn’t understand why Daboll kept thinking the deep ball was there. Btw got zero from Jay Jones and the punt block was inexcusable. You have to recognize the gunners weren’t covered!
  22. Understand your point but you do realize this will be the first true test this season for the Patriots. They are 3-0 with victories over opponents who are 0-9. Bills have won without playing a complete game yet. This would be a great game to be strong in all four quarters. Love they direction this team is going!
  23. I was okay with running out the clock to end the half knowing we were getting the ball to start the 2nd half. Leading 21-7 on the road, you didn’t want anything stupid to occur to give the Giants an opportunity.
  24. Other than the opening drive, the offense going dormant in the 3rd and the big punt return, the entire Bills organization get a gameball this week. Josh was sharp, solid running game, how about the 98 yard drive in the 2nd quarter, solid overall defensively, no major complaints about playcalling, punting was fantastic, few penalties and didn’t turn the ball over. 5 out of the next 6 games are at home. Looking forward to seeing 4 solid quarters next week against the Bengals. NewEra will be rocking next week!
