Completely agree with you. I was a big Marino listener for a year or so, but I've backed off a bit because its the same thing every week. I've also found that podcasts where it's only one host seem to be boring. Joe B's podcast has become like nails on a chalkboard, just him droning on.

You hit on every point. I even agree with them being soft. Who is the mauler on the oline? Saffold and Brown have to be replaced next year. I understand that Brown is a physically imposing 3rd round draft pick but the guys bend and lateral movement are just awful to watch. I keep hearing how he is athletic, but he gets beat by speed rushes consistently. Saffold had a great career, but its clear its over. Dawkins gets more of a pass from me because I think he is playing hurt, but your point on physical maintenance make sense, he is a bad body guy for sure. They are going to have to retool big time in the offseason. They desperately need a #2 wideout and have very little money to bring someone in. They are very lucky to have the QB they have.

Outside of Diggs the Bills have nothing at WR. Sorry to the Davis and Mckenzie fans but they are both too high on a depth chart for what they bring to the team. I am not sure what Beanes plan is going to be for next year but they need a #2 who can separate consistently and actually catch the ball without battling with their hands.

I'm out on commentators in general. Call the game and have banter. But for the love of God save the hyperbole. It seems like everyone who makes any play in a football game or coaches a game is "incredible, fantastic, has superior skills, is a future All Pro, unbelievable, outstanding, a great one" Most of the players are gifted in comparison to regular people, but in comparison to other players they are just part of a team. Most of the coaches are on their way to being fired soon.

Agree on half of it. If we are speaking about dump offs than yes, a dline can mess it up. But the Bills desperately need to scheme in screens, swing passes and maybe try a wheel route here and there. Dorsey does none of that.

Ive wondered the same thing but the UCL injury is only 4 weeks old and Josh hasnt had a dominate passing game in 7 weeks now. I think the bigger issue is the offensive scheme was figured out and we havent adjusted, and the skill players outside of Diggs are average to below average.

I dont need them to run more, but I sure as heck need them to utilize the short passing game if they A. Refuse to Run and B. The defense is playing a 2 high shell. They have to start taking what the defense is giving them. The insistence to try and force it down the field when they offensive line cant block worth a dang drives me absolutely nuts!

If he can do that multiple times a game over an entire year than he will start getting into that elite category. Its probably just semantics but when I think elite, I think top 1 or 2 players at a position in the league. I could be wrong, but I think he is on pace for 10 sacks this year, granted he missed time. I will give him credit for racking up sack stats in a defense that doesn't usually allow for that.

Thats the problem with the NFL in general. They are so Star thirsty that they end up being so hyperbolic that you cant even take it seriously.

He is becoming a good starting defensive end rather than just a guy in a rotation. Elite is a pretty strong term. Maybe he will be there but right now elite is a long way off.
