If he signs with the Giants its 100% about money. The Bills and Cowboys both have respectable Quarterbacks, and good rosters. The Giants have a ton of free agents coming up on offense, including their starting QB who is less than stellar. The only thing the Giants have that the Bills and Cowboys dont is cash.

Baker's biggest problems since coming into the NFL have been Hue Jackson, Freddie Kitchens, Matt Rhule and injuries. Probably my favorite college football player ever but he was overdrafted as well. Think the guy can have a Case Keenum type career but he needs a team and a good play callers around him.

Hard to tell. It seems like it matters less and less how long someone has been a Coordinator in the league. Kliff Kingsbury, Arthur Smith, Kevin Stefanski, Mike McDaniel, Brandon Staley and Zac Taylor all got hired with two years or less as NFL Coordinators. I dont think play calling is an underrated portion of being a head coach, I just think teams are relying less on that aspect when hiring head coaches right now. If the Bills end the season still in the top 5 of offenses and have a nice playoff run in them I think Dorsey could be a favorite in Carolina without question.

Not sure if anyone touched on this yet, but the guy was on pace for the highest single season sack number for the Bills since 2016. He had the highest number of sacks for an edge rusher since McDermott took over in just 11 games. Say what you want. But for whatever reason, in a defensive scheme that seems to produce low sack numbers, especially for edge rushers, the guy was worth every penny they paid him. Please stop comparing sack numbers of players in different defenses, unless they come here and play you are comparing apples to oranges.

I think he'll get interviews. I dont think he will get a job. I fully expect Dorsey to get a long look from Carolina as well. Has ties to the organization, played college football and was in Buffalo with Dan Morgan. A lot of connections in Carolina to Dorsey.

Just an off the cuff comment to get things going. I always use black beans and kidney beans together. Because I am a brute, I tend not to measure the spices, just throw them in until it tastes right.

Its a 6-12 week injury. Given the fact he is back at practice working with trainers I imagine he will be back at full practice by the end of the month. Wonder if you see the guy back for the Bengals game on 1/2?

So essentially you get the guy for the playoffs. If he can be signed studying the playbook at the very least limited reps in practice before then fine. Otherwise you get a whole lot of nothing.

Just took a look at it. Only way you can save any money is by trading him Post June 1st. Only way they can realistically save money on the contract is releasing him in 2025. For now we will have a 34 year old pass rusher coming off an ACL.

Was wondering the same. Said he was in Dallas to have the surgery. Wondering if it was through the team or of Von's own accord. Have to wonder if it wasnt a full tear and he had the surgery anyways.
