Why wouldn’t he try and see what he can get in an open market ? IMO I don’t think he gets top 10 CB money , not even because of injury concerns but is he really a top 10 CB ? I just don’t see anyone paying him $12 plus million a year , I sure as hell hope we don’t

We finally in a position we’re we have enough amunition to pull the trigger and try to get our guy , so now it’s just too much pressure to risk all our picks on a QB , because all the other positions are 100% guaranteed not to be a bust ,

Franchise QB’s are overrated ?? I don’t even know how to respond to that , I understand that nothing is guaranteed even if we move up to top 5 , we might still not get our franchise QB and IMO there’s only few right now in the league , but if we get a good young QB ( maybe NOT franchise ) but a good young QB that we could build around and win with , that’s ( STILL ) worth moving up in stead of being stuck in neutral like we were for the past 20 years

I think if we get Mayfield there’s no need for Bradford , i really Like Mayfield IMO he’s the best QB in this draft , I don’t care who we get as a vet QB as long as we draft QB of the future , unless of course FO doesn’t believe in any QB’s in this year’s draft ,

So your telling me that ( for example of course) we have the deal with the Giants / Colts in place the only issue they want Dawkins instead of Glenn and McBean says no and walks away from trade deal ? Really? Are you really sure ? To be honest it wouldn't surprise if we trade anyone on our roaster including the rookies ,

It is much easier to fix OL or any other position then a ( franchise QB ) so if McBean believes that there's a potential franchise QB in this draft , I hope he does what ever it takes and if we have to give a player or two so be it ( I didn't even care who the 2 players are ) building a great defense is one thing, but can we truly start rebuilding an offense from scratch/ draft without having the main component that it should be built around?
