IMO I don't believe will give up so much asset when we have so many wholes to fill particularly on defense, I also have a feeling McD is not giving up on Peterman just yet , at the same time i wouldn't have any problem moving all the way up to even 2nd if they truly feel this is the guy

I agree if they believe he's our franchise QB for a decade, then just go get him what ever it cost , you can get any position filled through free agency LB , DT , CB , etc,,, franchise QB's not so much,

I agree with you and I understand the value of a QB in today’s market , but again we’re talking about a backup QB and IMO I don’t think any/team would offer anything more then a one year $5 - 7 million deal , SMH

I respectfully disagree , I wouldn’t take a pay cut because in the field that I’m in , I can make the same maybe even more going to work for another company , in Tyrods case I really doubt someone will offer him the same $ he’s making here , because I can’t see any other team looking at Tyrod for anything more then a good backup QB ,

Tyrod definitely made a statement and a case to why he deserves to be on the roaster in that great performance in Jacksonville ? in all fairness that loss is not only on him , if defense could only play a little better and hold Jaguars to 0 points we would have won that game !!!

Here’s my take While still in the ( hunt ) McD replaces TT with a rookie who never started an NFL game so that right there should tell you enough not to start anymore threads like that , and BTW I really believe that there’s a better chance of Peterman starting next year then Tyrod If I was Tyrod I wouldn’t ask for a trade unless I was SURE there’s at least one team that was interested ! In all fairness I don’t think we’re all looking for elite QB , I think most of us would be happy with someone that we could all agree is a starter , and for once not have to debate if he’s a backup or ,

Starters that have potential to be elite , but how many elite QB’s do we even have playing today ? What maybe 3 or 4 ?

I don’t know the year after we got EJ seems like most of QB’s taken have worked out pretty good

We are not looking for a QB with big hands all he needs to is to hand of the ball to his RB

Even though I agree 100% that a QB should be our # 1 priority , there’s anout a dozen teams who need a QB and are position better then us , and are probably thinking the same way ( do what ever it takes ) to get a QB , so 2 -1st and Glenn might not even be close to get to the # 3 spot ,
