I like your plan but would be very hesitant to sign trent Brown at LT as he is an RT forced to play there when Isiah Wynn got hurt. He is not a good pass pro guy and the NE quick passing game covered up some glaring holes in his game. Remember when we played Langston Walker at LT - disaster! Have to believe that RT (Daryl Williams) or LG (Foster, Saffold) may be targets now in FA given Long signing. Bills could grab an LT (Williams, Dillard) and C (McCoy, Bradbury) in draft then. Line could look like this then: Williams, Saffold, Long, Dawkins, Williams with Bradbury, Teller and Serles as backups. Good mix of vets and youngsters Daryl Williams and Jordan Phillips were teammates at OU for 2-3 years. Wonder if they have a tight relationship?

2nd if Bradbury. 3rd or 1st 4th rd pick if McCoy from A&M. Just a guess

If exclusive Franchise tag is used the player can not negotiate with another team. If non exclusive they can talk to other teams who would surrender 2 1st rd draft picks upon signing. Not a likely scenario given contract $$ required.

PFF rating is 70+ every year as SOLB in 3-4 SHAQUIL BARRETT – BUY There is no shame in being replaced by a top-five pick like Barrett was this past year. Still, the NFL tends to pay starters like starters and backups like backups, regardless of if they were deserving of said role. Barrett has had a pass-rushing grade above 70.0 in every season of his career despite often limited playing time. I’ll take that consistency for a lower price tag than possibly anyone else on this list.

Could plug him into McKenzies role. Daboll showed how he could use a smaller gadget guy late in season. Not used much as a returner in college so would either need to show he could handle both roles or be a gunner ala Tasker to increase his draft value. Yes White is a top 10 talent. Bush is a day 2 pick at best as very short. White would be tempting if there at 9 and all DTs and edge players gone.

He did 18 BPs at Combine which is not bad. As for power he had 32" vertical and 10'2" Broad Jump which are very pedestrian for a WR in NfL. Hey I am a UB Alum and hope He goes high but there are a glut of big WRs and as a result he will likely drop to 3rd day unless he runs 4.45 at Pro Day. He struggled to get open vs Kent State, Bowling Green and Troy last year in games I watched. Troy has some NFL ready Dbs so very telling.

AJ from UB will likely be a day 3 pick now. Not as big or strong as most thought and has real issues gaining separation
