whole eggs are extremely nutrient dense, however, they are also one of the most calorie dense so you need to be aware of how much you are putting in your body. whole eggs, taken within a healthy caloric daily limit, are more than ok for you. I would argue more beneficial than detrimental. Also saturated fats from most meats are not the enemy the 80's and 90's made them out to be. they have plenty of benefits. BUT like most anything else, people eat them in excess and so they have gotten a horrible rep.

its actually even much more simple than that... its calories in vs calories out. PERIOD. you are correct though. most any nutrition protocol will work when given any consistency. now don't get me wrong. macro's can become much more complicated than that depending on performance goals. But as a fitness professional that is consistently having to keep up with the latest nutritional studies and health journals in order to keep all my clients(young athletes through senior citizens) trending in the right direction, I am getting a chuckle out of some of this stuff today. I'm gonna go ahead and say people still terrified of eggs and red meat need to hop on back to the 90's and that's about all i'll say on this whole subject. Fitness/nutrition is a special field where very few people know anything but everyone thinks they know EVERYTHING. Science is finally catching up with the fitness/nutrition field and I can promise you if its proving anything its that there is no ONE way to get it done. i'm gonna go back to lurking now.... there's just way too much to cover in this.

NFL's Best Kept Secrets: Jordan Poyer
Stank_Nasty replied to BrotherChazz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I, for one, cant claim I KNEW he was gonna be as good as he was last year, but if you were familiar with him coming out of Oregon st it gave you reason to be optimistic about the signing. I really liked the signing because years ago I remember him testing well at the combine as a CB and I thought he could be a very versatile player in the secondary if he could stay healthy as a safety. -
so phillips graded out really well on their scale last year but then he's a reach in the draft at the tail end of the third? how exactly are we supposed to value their formula or grades when they don't do it themselves.... something doesn't jive there.

I think foles was in one of the most unique and amazing qb situations in the nfl last year with the coaches and team he had. I guess I’m in the minority in thinking any team that tried trading early or mid 2nds for him dodged a bullet by the eagles declining. Im personally real happy we didn’t spend any of our picks or money on foles.

Incognito's Retirement? [update: Now Released]
Stank_Nasty replied to Spiderweb's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I really wish this woulda just died awhile back. I hate that he's ended this way and put such a sour taste in our mouths. he was honestly one of my favorite bills in quite some time and now I don't even know if I could stand to put his jersey on that I bought just last year. -
all I did was call you a favorite. I’m not crying any sort of blues and havnt in the previous 8 pages. Just simply stated that as soon as I click in this thread for the first time since it’s been up it really managed to dredge up some characters. I give no cares to Tyrod being gone. Good with it. Have been since it happened. Now If you would be so kind to go find some sand to pound. That would be just dandy. And again.... have a nice day.
-
And there’s Another one of my favorites....nah. You havnt seen me say much on Tyrod, if anything at all, since he’s been moved. I’m good with it. In fact the reason for my initial post up above was because I hadn’t been in this thread one time and when I finally decide to click on it I see all 3 I mentioned on the same page. I could be mistaken but I feel like I hadn’t seen any of them in days in any other threads so It was fitting they were all gathered here after my one simple click.... Have a nice day, junior. Classic xRUSHx.... CLASSIC! Not quite as dramatic and over the top as some of your better work but you still nailed it. Nicely done.

??Poyer/Hyde both top 5 coverage grade for S ??
Stank_Nasty replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think there’s an easy case to be made that poyer had a better overall season than Hyde. Just as many picks, more tackles and 2 sacks to Hyde’s none. Hyde had the hot start for a surprise team to his advantage. He cooled off a bit over the 2nd half and honestly by the end of the year I think poyer had put together the more impressive season. -

i'm a bit more anxious to see if it closes up some of the holes in the middle of that zone that teams seemed to be able to expose at times. less time in the pocket means less time to find those soft spots ..... which in turn should also lead to more breakups and ultimately more TO's -
I've had my nose broken and stitches put in a lip all becuz of "slaps" from my ex. meanwhile having to stand there and take it knowing full well the minute I even tried to restrain her she would cry wolf. she was a complete maniac... I eventually removed her from my life as that's all you can do as a man in that situation... you honestly sound really foolish here with your one really bad example. women get away with way too much of this trash, and when a man finally cant take anymore and loses his cool(its what she's after) and defends himself(which I had the sense not to do) they are labeled for life. its ridiculous. most women are 100% aware of what they are doing and that they can get away with it. that's the pathetic part.

that tampa bay game had the feel of sooooo many freaking similar meltdown games over the last 17 years.... and then it wasn't. that one is a perfect example of what you are talking about. any other season that one spirals out of control. uh, define "not close".... they were within a game each other time. lets not be excessive here. PLENTY of 9-7 squads have made the playoffs over the years. its not some sort of anomaly. the bills did what they needed to do in week 17 and over the course of ALL 16 games and the rest didn't..... namely the ravens.

I don’t ever really pretend to know how any of the qb’s are gonna shake out. I don’t know how anyone really could after watching surprise qb after surprise qb bust or flourish.... one guy that really comes to mind for everyone else is cam newton. I wasn’t on this board yet but over at BBMB there were a ton of “experts” that just knew Newton wasn’t gonna be any good. There were really strong opinions on him and a lot of people turned out to be horribly mistaken.
