After that year, he was voted 89 and listed as #8 in Scout/GM poll. Thats about where I’d assume we have his value listed. Cook’s value ask is for a guy in the Top 30 and Top 4, respectively.

Chiefs will get two ball placements go their way in a crucial part of the game, but their defenders will point to a holding flag in the first quarter. For the Chiefs, it always seems to be when these calls are made vs how the calls are made.

Trump worked to try and help broker peace for the Rwandan genocide that has killed over 1 million people to date. You don’t care, because the media hasn’t told you to care. Instead you’ll post this unrelated tangent because you’re incapable of staying on topic without brain-warping to a media installed narrative you now hold as religious doctrine. And for the record.. I don’t know who your post is for, because im not exactly a Zionist poster.. albeit tacitly supporting Israel over the anti-West.

I’m expecting big things from him this year, but having an injury plagued sophomore slump as a highly drafted player is going to bring on criticism. Especially when he basically ended our season in symbolic fashion as a one play synopsis of why we haven’t gotten to a Super Bowl with Josh Allen yet. JA makes a superhuman play that would be remembered for years in NFL Playoff history should we go on to win the game and instead, it’s dropped, and we lose. Diggs blew a lot of goodwill by how we parted ways, but some of that goodwill was already out the door with the drop in the Divisional Round and overall lack of impact every postseason here. Fair or not, players at impact positions will be judged by their playoffs here far more than their regular seasons. So far, only Josh truly elevates his games in those moments. The fan bases frustration will continue until somebody decides they want to be his Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill or Chris Jones. Three guys who have been huge reasons for the Chiefs dominance along with Mahomes. This year can put that all behind us, but it’s Year 3 and on a team with a lot of question marks at weaponry, a guy we actually invested in has to make the jump.

Our Defense was pretty meh, at best, last year. I’m as frustrated as anyone that, regardless of roster, they become made of glass in the playoffs and get smoked by whatever iteration of the Chiefs Offense we have to see in the Playoffs year to year … but I won’t try to glean too much off what they did to get by last year. That same defense managed to get us by the best team in our conference with the Offense playing ball control in the Divisional Round. Now this year, with the new coaches they brought in, likely infusion of a 1st Round CB and second year 2nd Round Safety and Ryan Nielsen working with a far more talented DL group, I expect to see a different caliber of Defense.. one that causes havoc and manages to get off the field without needing turnovers to do so, allowing them to play a bit differently.

You keep operating under this premise as if they would be cut and nothing else would be done to replace/build upon it. You’re debating in bad faith and half truths, which is pretty much the entire leftist playbook at this point. Throw in bitter anger and zero ability to feel empathy towards those who disagree with you, and Trump psychosis has turned you.. and so many.. into absolute soulless cadavers barely resembling the human being that used to live inside.

How do you believe Mahomes would have fared if he switched places with Allen these past two years? Allen on the Chiefs. Mahomes on the Bills. They can’t face each other. Allen has to go up against the Chiefs Defense with his Offense and vice-versa. Everything else the same. Who’s going to the Super Bowls?
-
Never said he’s lucky. What I’m saying, unequivocally, is that he’s the 3rd or 4th best QB in the NFL the past few years, but still makes Super Bowls because the Ravens, Lamar included, choke and the Bills, Josh Allen excluded, choke while the Chiefs do not. I guess we can’t discuss the fact his Defense has been great in recent years. But sure, focus on his lack of weapons. Prior to this, when their defense was meh, he had weapons we could only dream of in prime Kelce and Hill. In another post, you mention Allen was horrible in the first half of the AFC CG… ok, we can discuss that. Can we also discuss how Mahomes took a sack to knock them out of FG range and committed the only turnover of the game?

“loser talk” to point out that Mahomes has had a better, more clutch team with better coaches around him than Josh Allen? Lets take a look… 13 Seconds Dawkins got his ish pushed by Jones on a would be go-ahead TD to Shakir in a game we then missed the game tying FG with minutes left. Kincaid drops a pass you for d**n sure know that Kelce, even at his age, catches. So, not sure how it’s loser talk to state weve had a generationally elite postseason QB that keeps losing to Mahomes because he has had better teams, less choking and better coaching. Tell me which part of this you disagree with and what equates to loser talk. I don’t know anything I stated that’s even controversial.

Little girls screamed for help from responders who came off their shift crying that they couldn’t get to them in time.

Absolute trash human being and shame on the publication for allowing this vile bs.

I guess. JA led an Offense with a good, not great (yet), slot WR as our WR1 and the decoy corpse of Amari Cooper opening things up for a raw rookie and Mack Hollins. Our top TE was severely injured in both legs apparently. Josh won MVP and our Offense was elite.

Ranking NFL WR, TE, RB groups for 2025: Bills 28/32?
SCBills replied to Lionel Hutz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills TE room has a high ceiling, but is probably middle of the pack entering the season until proven otherwise. Bills RB room is Top 10, probably approaching Top 5 or 6 when factoring in high end talent in Cook and the depth with Davis and Johnson. Bills WR room is clearly a bottom third unit on paper. The depth is pretty solid with Moore & Samuel rounding out the room, most likely. But a Top 3 of new to the team Palmer, Shakir and unproven Coleman isn’t scaring anyone aside from the fact it’s part of an Offense led by an elite QB, elite OL and elite playcaller. -
I feel like Mahomes always looks like this lately. It should also be noted that, while incredibly clutch - in part due to his guys/coaches stepping up around him, he’s very clearly been QB4, at most, behind Allen, Jackson and Burrow in recent years.

Who Are Your Sleepers For This Year??
SCBills replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not sure what defines a sleeper, but below are guys I think are going to be much better this year than most fans are anticipating.. Keon Kincaid Rousseau Bosa Jackson I think Keon makes a second year jump that is noticeable & Kincaid makes a jump after a second year slump hampered by injury. Bosa is better than anything we’re used to seeing on this DL lately and we just have to cross our fingers he stays healthy.. but either way, this DL has a much higher floor and ceiling than last year, and I believe that will help Rousseau elevate to another level. Landon Jackson should’ve never lasted to where he did.. much like Shakir, a byproduct of an absurdly strong logjam of top prospects at that position. Out the gate, I think he gives us a turbo-charged version of AJ Epenesa. -

8-1 Supreme Court decision. “illegitimate” -
Do we have to “like” what it was saying? Can we just find it funny or nah?

I can’t even link what Grok threatened to do to Minneapolis Civil Rights Advocate, Will Stancil, but if you dare… feel free to look it up.

Grok AI deciding on a random day in July that he’s going to become MechaHitler and go absolutely scorched earth on anyone who prompts it is an elite tier day for Twitter/X. Every once in a while, you remember why you can’t stay away from that app.

Wild breakdown.. and not exactly an outlier. Quite a few other polls and studies back this up. In this Covid-shaped worldview, is also evidence of the BLM/Gender hyper focus we had during that time, and the pendulum swing towards a flat out rejection of that ideology amongst younger Gen Z.

The story that got me was the fiancée/father who saw flood water rising, told his family they were out of time and that he loved them.. then punched through a window for them to get out onto the roof. The glass severed an artery and he passed away from blood loss within seconds of getting them to safety. Talk about going out in glory. God bless that man.

I’m pretty bullish on the defense this year. They didn’t lose anyone of note, aside from Von and Rasul, who were playing at an adequate/average level. They added: Joey Bosa, Landon Jackson, TJ Sanders, Max Hairston & (essentially) Cole Bishop, as guys factoring heavy into the defense for ‘25, along with Hoecht & Ogbujobi come Week 7. They also brought in coaches who are far more aggressive than we saw last year, along with a Kromer type hire on the DL in Ryan Nielsen. A guy with quite a bit of accreditation for DL play and developing stud D-Linemen. If this can’t be a Top 10 Defense that shows up in the Playoffs, then I’m not sure McDermott is ever capable of giving us a Defense that performs at a high level when it matters.

Difference between Buffalo and Kansas City is so small in these games. Chris Jones pushed Dawkins back into Allen in the ‘23 Divisional and we don’t get the go-ahead TD.. instead miss a game-tying FG. Does Kelce catch that miracle pass Allen got off to Kincaid at the end of the AFC CG? Probably. We haven’t had a Jones or Kelce to ride with Allen. Not even Diggs was that in the Playoffs sadly. Even with the injury disparity we’ve had vs them when it matters, we’ve still had our chances. It’s just been evident that Allen has no game changers out there with him on either side of the ball. Mahomes has always had 2-3.. maybe that’s just Jones now, but I believe Kelce makes the play Kincaid didn’t. (And I know injuries and all that .. injuries can’t be the excuse every year) We need some of these high end investments to at least attempt to be game changers at some point.
