Are people really that unhappy with our 4-2 Bills?
SCBills replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not happy, but not as concerned as I was last year. At least now, it’s early. Last year this dip occurred heading into the playoffs and continued into the playoffs. It’s only Week 7. That said, through six weeks.. our offense has looked great in 3 games and absolutely terrible in 3 games. 4-2 is probably where we should be, but it’s not being ungrateful to point out this isn’t sustainable and it’s not likely to ever result in a Championship run. However, again, it’s only Week 7. -
I don't know that he can't evaluate WR talent.. he just hasn't invested enough in it. Diggs wasn't at this level when we traded for him. Beane felt he could help JA and JA could help him. Same with Beasley, who had some of his best years with Allen. After that, Gabe Davis is/was a great value in RD4. Unfortunately, that's apparently where we decided to stop.... Diggs RD4 WR who is a high level WR3 RD5 WR JAG JAG That's not any way to build a WR room. Even the Chiefs, who we clown for their WR's, have their Gabe Davis lite in MVS along with back to back RD2 picks and now trades for Toney and to bring Hardman back.

Simms: Gabe Davis is a good player, but he's not a number two
SCBills replied to SydneyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
We need another guy that gets open reliably, and quickly, outside of Diggs. Since we do not have that currently, our “WR2” being a down the field threat that does not uncover quickly, is a massive problem for consistency in the offense. Whether that’s a shot at Gabe is up to however anyone wants to perceive it. Me, personally, I’d like my WR2 to be a guy who can move the chains reliably by getting open quickly. That feels like a skill set, in a heavy pass offense, that should be required for the guy who’s on the field for a majority of snaps. -

This woman is legitimately awesome.

Dom Lucre and Jackson Hinkle are FREQUENTLY fooled by false info. And I say this as someone who follows both and likes some of what they rep. Dom Lucre posted the ambulance taking Harris off the field, with Hamlin’s 3 on both windows as some kind of satanic reference… so that’s what you’re getting with him.

Summit just fell apart. Jordan pulling the plug on the meetings tomorrow with Biden. Not great.

DeSantis For President in 2024?
SCBills replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I put blame on Biden’s weakness for why we, all of a sudden, have a world in chaos and US involvement in, now, two new wars. That said… out of everyone who wants to be President in 2024, only two have been Presidential during this chaotic timeframe since last Saturday.. DeSantis and Biden. Trump & Haley have completely embarrassed themselves during this. Trump, to be expected. Haley, through ambiguous language and unforced errors. -
Israel certainly isn’t perfect. And I didn’t say this hospital attack was settled. Which is more than I can say for Tliab, Omar, Politico etc.., who all came out and repeated propaganda verbatim in the immediate aftermath to blame Israel without confirmation.
-
I love how certain media types and politicians tell us how dangerous Elon Musk’s Twitter/X is due to “misinformation” meanwhile…. It was those same politicians and media outlets reporting, without confirmation, that Israel air strikes hit a hospital in Gaza. It was Twitter/X with Community Notes and the sharing of conflicting reports that gave a more accurate reporting of what happened, what we know and what we don’t yet know.

It’s like every big Justin Herbert/Chargers game is some variation of the same thing.

I know the reasons. Their reasons are bs.

What’s changed? BLM, DSA, Trans community majority support Palestine for … reasons. If anything, a terrorist attack on innocent people has made them more steadfast in their support.

Troy Aikman is one more missed throw away from kicking Herbert’s dog.

“Think of him as a pass catcher” But for real.. if Josh ever decides to stop his personal check down boycott, he makes sense.
