Theres a nuanced discussion to be had about discerning Trump’s policy actions from his childish antics. Thankfully people much smarter than the “media told me to hate Trump, so I’m incapable of doing anything but hating him” crowd are finally having those discussions. He’s a narcissist man-child. Outside of covid (which both administrations were terrible on) we were much, MUCH better off under Trump. Both things can be true.

First off.. I’m mad at myself for even replying to you once in a while. You need legitimate psychiatric help. It’s not healthy how obsessed you are with Trump. Second, “lash out”… For me, it’s personal. It’s not words or abstract policy disagreements … Biden’s mandatory vax for govt affiliated employees directly affected someone in my family. I will never forgive him for that. I will never forgive those that cheered him on in that policy view. And I would crawl over glass to vote for literally anyone that opposes him.

Yea, I’d rather have the guy who says dumb ish than the guy who forces dumb ish (like mandatory vax) on anyone he can. Because I had a choice to decide whether or not to take joke statements from the President serious or not. My brother, who was subjected to the vax requirement, wasn’t so lucky when he developed a heart condition shortly thereafter. So f**k Joe Biden and f**k those who normalize his actions because they feel bad for his senile pos self and/or feel the need to debase themselves for tribalist political gain. Im no fan of Trump, but he never forced anything like that on the public. If people drank bleach .. they probably aren’t long for this world anyway.

1) I’m confident in McDermott to figure out the secondary before the trade deadline passes. 2) No one will be Milano, but Milano plays the “RB” Position of the Defense in off ball linebacker. It’s the easiest position on the defense to replace. 3) Actually we better hope Poona Ford can play, because a huge component of having undersized fast linebackers is keeping them clean, which our DL with Jones absolutely did.

Elam isn’t a starter when Benford/Jackson are healthy, and even without Rousseau, Lawson and with Von on a snap count, the defense held Jax to 11 until into the 4th quarter when they finally wore down.

The secondary is not bad. -Benford, Jackson and Hyde are all solid. -Johnson a top tier nickel corner. -Poyer has been the weak link of those five.

Perhaps… 22 years later and American views towards Islam have stabilized since 9/11. Even longer back we had a time consisting of Japanese internment camps. Time can heal wounds, but we don’t have the history Israel/Palestine have… and after this past weekend, I just don’t know how peace resurfaces as long as Hamas is present in any capacity. I’m sure another form of Hamas will emerge from the rubble, but Israel/Hamas seems to have gone beyond the point of reclamation.

So what’s the solution? Because it seems these people will never be ok with Israel existing in any capacity. I understand why Palestinians feel the way they do. I understand why Israelis feel the way they do. Electing a terrorist organization to represent you, with a Charter that calls for genocide of Jews, and then that terrorist organization committing the worst terrorist attacks we’ve seen since 9/11 isn’t the way to win over anyone (outside BLM/ACAB decolonizers). I’ve long been pretty “in the middle” on this issue. I’m now of the mindset that Israel does need to root out Hamas. What happened a week ago cannot stand.. and Hamas has shown that they will never stop trying to erase Jews off the planet.

We were told the threat to Jews in this country was from random groups of 30-40 white supremacists that pop up whenever it’s politically convenient. And while I have my sus feelings about what those groups truly are, if they are legitimate neo-Nazis, **** them and their trash hateful ideology. However, those people are child’s play compared to the absolute outpouring of anti-Semitic rage we’ve seen on college campuses, from groups like DSA & BLM and across cities of this country. These people are (primarily) leftists and it has been eye-opening. The level of Jewish hatred in this country is at a level I was never truly aware of. And Jewish folks that typically side with liberals, will have to find a way forward while knowing their political identity is grouped in with a growing sentiment of people in this country that want them exterminated.

How do you believe this can be done? You seem to be advocating for a two state solution? Do you believe Palestinian terror groups, supported by Iran and - at least - a noticeable segment of the population given they were elected to governance, are willing to abide by that? Because it seems to me, hearing directly from Hamas, and seeing the sentiment of Pro-Palestinian protesters all over the globe, that the only acceptable solution to many is a Palestinian state at the expense of Israel.

Obsessive.

Probably the chants about the erasure of Israel and equivocating on the terrorist attack by Hamas.

The people at these protests … absolutely insane. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know hatred for Jews existed on this level.

Yup. Do they look great? No, not at all. But they did this last year and won the Super Bowl. How did they win a Super Bowl?…again.. Did enough to get the 1 seed and we’re able to go BYE, Jax @ home, beat up Bengals @ home, Super Bowl. But please, let’s all talk about how the 1 seed doesn’t matter and we just need to get hot at the right time. For all the talk about their offense, I’m sorry.. am I supposed to feel better that we boat raced 3 teams and then our offense lost us 2 games on their own?

I hope to find out if we have legitimate hope in guys like Poona Ford, Dorian Williams and Kaiir Elam. Would love to know what potential they may have before the trade deadline passes.
