The only QB’s actually worth 60M are Mahomes and Allen. In fact, given the Super Bowl rings, Mahomes could literally just name his number. Ill listen to the argument for Lamar, given how Jackson-centric that team is, even though I don’t agree he’s worth it. Everyone else is a clear step below them or has issues staying on the field.

This is where I can’t take some of these breakdowns of Dorsey vs Brady seriously though. When Brady took over, it was go time. We dug ourselves a hole and had to win. Josh Allen unleashed is the best player in the NFL. Someone wants to say Mahomes or McCaffrey, whatever, go argue with a wall. But that’s not sustainable over a long season. We shouldn’t have Josh Allen running all over Arizona on Week 1. What was notable was Allen’s weird low positive vibes under Dorsey and the fact he seemed like he wouldn’t run … even when the scramble was wide open. He has to do that. Every mobile QB does that, every game. So, what does Brady’s Offense look like with a full offseason of install, along with a healthy 2-TE set and an overhaul at WR? No clue, and I’m not sure last year really provides much a clue aside from the fact he will run the ball against light boxes until you prove you can stop it.

Yea, I think they’re rolling with the squad they’ve got. WR and DL are where they could make a move, but it never made sense at WR given the competition for WR6. Would seem a bit pointless to tell Claypool, Shorter, Shavers, Hamler etc., sorry but 53 is full so nevermind. At DL, I think our DT rotation is pretty good. Strong starting tandem with a high draft pick and solid vet as rotational guys, plus another average vet as DT5. Could maybe use another EDGE, but if Von is back to even 75% Von, we’re pretty good there with Rousseau, AJ, Von and then Smoot, Solomon, Toohill and Jonathan battling it out for 2 spots. Have to think Smoot (if healthy) and Solomon are leaders in the clubhouse there. Nowhere else really makes much sense, except Safety.. which is where I actually do think it’s greater than 50/50 that Hyde comes back at some point before/during TC.

I’d pay TLaw this if I were the Jags. You have to have an elite QB in the AFC right now, and while I don’t think he is that, I do think he still has potential. However, he has a lot of Herbert in him where the idea of him is greater than the actual player. If Lawrence didn’t have a generational run at Clemson, followed by the draft hype, he would’ve never gotten this money.

I know some awful people went at Bass after the KC miss, but if we’re being honest… If we had any faith in our defense that game (or ever in the playoffs), he’d be viewed in a much harsher lens. That miss was unacceptable and even worse was we all knew he was going to miss it. Tie game and who knows. Probably a 1% chance we force another turnover or stop them, but we’ll never know … and we all knew that we’d never know the second our highly paid kicker walked out there to kick a normal FG for any NFL kicker. I think the Josh/Luka comparison is based off them both being guys viewed as a top 3 player in the game yet haven’t won it all yet. Both have efficiency flaws (Luka fg % and Josh turnovers) but both are elite, show up in big games and are incredibly clutch.

The left pushed so far on both of these issues that you now have a majority of Americans (and seems a similar sentiment in Europe) in favor of straight up mass deportations. I’m simply telling you that battleground polling shows it evenly split, with Trump actually ahead in some places on the issue of “protecting democracy”.
