I wont say more impressive, but probably more important.

There are many factors. Imo this past weekend they gained some national attention. They lost 2 starters in the process. Cinncy is better than their record indicates. On the road Vegas has them dogs for a reason. It is 100% a possible let down/ trap game. Now did Buffalo prepare any less vs Cincy than they did for Denver or ATL? Probably not, so its more a trap game for fans, ot taking the bengals lightly im sure the team is not.

The toughest games are NE and KC. If they go into the Bye 4-1 they will be favored in 7 or 8 of the final 11 games. Imo the Schedule is not that difficult the rest of the way. If they remain relatively healthy there is a strong possibility they push into a playoff spot. Oak may not have Carr, Jamies Winston is not the same QB on the road, NO defense can be run on, Jets and Miami are going to get worst as the season carries on, and the Chargers are going to be in contention for the worst record in the league.

No easy games. This would be a place for a let down game. Tough home and road wins and lose on the road before the bye would be a very Bills move. Pressure Dalton and he makes mistakes. Im worried about the run defense and offense passing attack.

He will do ok. They have weapons. The run game better get going though.

Seems he struggles in more exotic schemes. Same thing happened here. Ive never like guys who have players run through their zones unnoticed and when the ball is thrown looks back inside at the saftey. He did that 5 times last year. Now he is doing that in NE.

If he didnt want to be here after a week why welcome him back? Because, we look good now? He was not the player he was. He struggled to get open in preseason I say no. I think Philly Brown can do enough and sure handed enough to minimize the loss of Matthews. To me the Wr group for the next month comes down to is Buffalo able to get Zay Jones some confidence. We do that he could be our #1 real quick. The reason for my optimism is the simple fact that a rookie Wr normally struggles with separation. So far that has not been the case. He is a natural catcher so Imo it will only a matter of time.

We have a bye so bringing in outside help would be for Tampa not really Cincy. I think it is going to come down to what the time table is with Matthews. If he is only going to miss a few weeks I dont expect them to make a move. If its a month or more than I can see them targeting a Wr on a different roster.

Its the NFL every game is important. Seems like its easy to say this is the most important game of the year this week, every week. Imo this is more crucial than winning in ATL. I thought winning at ATL would be the best win for some national recognition but conference road games are much more important for seeding and standing purposes at the end of the year. The Bengals have a good amount of weapons. There weakness has been their O line. They have a stingy defense as well. Zay is going to have to make a few plays down the field for the Bills to win. He is getting open a good amount but this week he needs to make the big plays that Matthews has been good for this year.

It comes down to the young guys taking a step up in production. Matt Malano and Zay Jones are going to have to start making plays. Zay has had some striggles thus far, with Matthews out can he step up and make plays? He is getting open he needs to make the plays through the catch.

The way Mcdermott does things I would not be surprised if this week they work Reilly and Dupree into the rotation and see which player earns it, Whichever guy shows enough is getting activated Saturday.

Taylor paired with a good defense will result in playoffs. Curious to see if they can keep it up. Milano starting at linebaker makes me a little nervous. Zay needs to step and have a big game without Matthews.

Difference Rex's D gave up a 50 plus yard run in OT, Mcdermotts D made the stop.

I think Buffalo should win. Im curious to see how the passing attack looks without Matthews. Jones and Holmes wont scare anyone. Even after yesterday Jones is like 98% to having a monster game. That play on the sidelines in the first half could have been a TD if he didn't stumble. Hopefully, that diving catch builds his confidence.

What a move if White continues this play and got an additional first as well.

Trying to tackle Tolbert after Mccoy would be a strain. I do not expect to see Tolbert being the factor back if Mccoy goes down. I would like to T Jones get some carries. Hes got good speed and could add a change of pace to the change of pace.

Powell is back but I am not that impressed with him over the last few years. I would not be against Reilly getting play in the slot off PS.

Very simple BB is no longer building in NE he is at the point of maintaining. I thought that was the case when they traded a lot of picks for players this past year. Ealy they traded a 2nd for was cut. The machine that is NE is no longer there now. Brady is great, they will be in it as long as he is their QB. When Brady leaves or diminishes they will falter.

Willie Beaman reminds me of Taylor. Kinda funny that is/was Ray Lewis nickname for Tyrod.

I think Taylor plays good the offense scores 4 tds. They win or lose is if they can keep atlanta umder 30.

Carolina with a healthy Kueckly and Davis are stingy. Denver blanked Elliot and the jets front is the teams stength. Coaches coach to their stregnths which is the reason for their hires. Buffalo ran alot of zone blocking. Not alot of oitside zone. Once it clicks and the line and McCoy start getting in sync there isnt a better style to run Mccoy. He has crazy vision. Buffalo faced 2 very good run defenses. This week will be a better accessmemt of the team and scheme when it comes to running. Imo the only thing that stops Mccoy running this weekend is ATLs offense.

Marcel gets back to pushing the pocket and mauling dudes makes the defense dominate not just good.

I have no problem with his clock management. As a coach you are judged by if you win most believe you are right and If you lose most assume you are wrong. Against Car by keeping that time out he allowed the offense to use the whole field. If Zay makes that catch and is short they have another shot at the end zone. No reason to use the TO early and rush the game winning plays. I am not a fan of Gannon and thought his opinion of the the end of game scenario was not entirely accurate. They had plenty of time and you had to move into position to score. They use the timeout when he thinks they should and Zay makes that catch but is ruled down before the endzone and they lose is that better? Against Denver we were up 2 scores and if they make the stop they win. Both those time outs were used when the time was already stopped. With they heat imo he was using them to give his guys a rest but also get an idea of what they are trying to schematically. No different then a late game basketball time out vs inbound plays.

He can be the best player on the team. I dont think he is a bad dude, his personal life has been hard he was given a bunch of money and was told to be space eater not a playmaker for 2 years. I have faith in McDermott and If buffalo makes a playoff run Daures needs to be Mr. Big Stuff and just big and stuffed.

I dont think they will ever do that. Oline and dline need some sort of pad. The head gear and shoulder pads would be no thicker than knee and thigh pads.
