  1. Someone on the thread might have said it - but I saw that after we were up 17, we ran 3x. And the series that led up to the 4th and 2 pick was just awful. Dorsey has been solid this season - but he hasn't been spectacular, and today's decisions warrant scrutiny. It was too "cute" by a mile.
  2. Honestly, the worst thing today was the botched handoff. You simply can't disrespect the defense in a situation like. They just made a goalline stand for the ages, and you just need to complete 2 clean snaps to get the W. Even if they tackled him in the EZ, it still would have been tough for the Vikes to drive into FG range. I was really pulling my hair out. He's not thinking.
  3. Is that really a possibility? Sorry - that's more than a hot take. It just isn't correct, on any level.
  4. I don't care what anyone says - the Bills are still the class of this league. Jefferson was ridiculous today. I couldn't even blame Jackson on a couple of those plays - it would have required perfect defense to stop, and then some. The schedule ahead is very favorable, and we can reclaim the division just by making sure that the Jets & Phins don't sweep us, with both of those games at home. Tre is coming back, Groot should be getting healthy, Hines will be more in the mix w/ each passing week. Davis found himself again, and guys like Cook & Shakir are starting to contribute more. We have 3 losses that quite obviously could have turned on a play. I don't like where we are right now, but there is something to be said for having to fight the last 2 months instead of just strolling to a coronation.
  5. I usually roll my eyes at "mark my words" stuff - but I like this one.
  6. It feels like hero ball all over again. He had been gaining mastery over that. 2 weeks isn't quite a trend yet. We have to be all kinds of efficient over the next month+, and get back in the driver's seat.
  7. JA looked shaken at that presser. He has to work his way back. It's a crisis of confidence right now - but really, just a couple of bad games. He has to get it back.
  8. Allen has done SO much for this team. But that is basically inexcusable. It was only 2nd down. What was he thinking throwing into traffic like that?
  9. This is where we've seen championship-caliber teams be able to chew up the final minutes. Minny has 1 timeout. 2 1st downs will likely put this one away.
  10. That last series was a really unimaginative one from Dorsey. You HAVE to have a "put the game away play."
  11. Allen is definitely a BIT off today. Not concerned, but we've seen 3 wide open guys have to make catches like that.
  12. Had it not been called a fumble on the field, they would have upheld that. It was impossible to overturn, either way.
  13. Looks like the ball is moving before his elbow hits.
  14. We're looking like the team we expected this year. Gotta keep it up. Playmakers ALL over the field, in all 3 units.
  15. Loving the running game so far. Cook really adds something.
  16. Have we considered the possibility that he may be a cyborg? I don't think I've seen any threads on that...
  17. Keenum is one of the better backups in the league. I'd be more worried if the game was away - but I see a comfortable win on Sunday. Not taking Minny lightly, but their record is a bit of smoke & mirrors.
  18. Conference games are still more important. But really, the point is that they shouldn't risk a thing just to try to get him back for the MN game. I'd probably say that about any game, but I'm not sure coaches feel exactly the same on that. It sounds like the injury isn't serious - but I still wouldn't want him playing if the difference was not having any discomfort the rest of the season, or playing & having it kind of turn into a nagging thing. Just a little pain in the elbow might affect the throws a bit.
  19. It's a problem - but they play both again, at home. And I'd take our chances of getting more wins than either team the rest of the way, even if it's Keenum for a few starts.
  20. It doesn't matter what we think here. This coaching staff is cautious with injuries. If there is ANY doubt about long-term health, JA is not playing on Sunday. And a non-conference game just isn't as important.
  21. He's amazing. With him, so much is the separation he gets. That's why JA targets him so much - he gets open.
  22. It's gotta be Davis - but I'll give some benefit of the doubt for the idea that he has had a nagging injury and might still not be 100%. We need the guy from that KC playoff game again.
  23. Too vague. He might have just tried his first beef on weck or something.
  24. Doesn't this belong in the "Buffalo Bills team of doctors" forum?
