    At the same time, name me ten lower round picks that have missed their first two seasons due to i jury and then bounced back. As I said earlier, I'm pulling for the kid but injury history and ST play certainly will be a deciding factor in this. The old saying of the best ability is availabilty rings true in the NFL.

    What about his two prior years of not being able to stay healthy? AND, can he play on ST? That should be a consideration when making a decision.

    I remember Tyrod Taylor having an even better run, in fact a couple of them, against the Titans in an actual game that meant something. So what? I hope that this board doesn't start getting flooded with "great" plays during practices and pre-season games.

    I'm not saying he hasn't been a good defensive coach. That is not debatable. I believe he is extremely overrated as a HC. He was fortunate. Much in the same way Marv Levy was fortunate. The Head Coaches that have had success at multiple locations with multiple core players are the coaches I have the most respect for.

    Are they still "well coached"? Because, you know, the supposed best HC in NFL history has coached over 150 games without Tom Brady as his QB and he is sub .500 in those 150 plus games. Just like Phil Jackson was a genius when he had Michael Jordan on his roster, though Phil had a much better winning percentage without the best of all-time on his roster.
