For whatever reason I generally pull for the Raiders. I do not own any Raiders gear, nor is there an emotional investment. They would have been my backup plan if Bon Jovi purchased the Bills, moved them to Toronto, and renamed the team.

I liked Kurt Schultz. He was a thumper.

I enjoy good defense and hard hits. Not to be confused with poor offensive play. Unfortunately the NFL and millennials just want every team to score like its basketball.

The perfect postseason would be wins over Tennessee, NE, and Dallas. Honorable mention to the Seahawks since I live in the northwest.

If they spent all the draft/FA money on offense, that would be fine. The defense, while not great, is good enough if the offense can consistently control the ball/put up points.

Basically there are Bills "fans" who are so invested in their negative opinion of Allen, that they want to crap on any positive thread people make about him. It's almost to the point where they root against him, just so they can say "I told you so". I remain cautiously optimistic..

I've written off this season weeks ago, but I'm willing to give him next season. If the team isn't competitive next year (not expecting a deep playoff/superbowl run his 3rd year) with an upward trend in the future likely, I'll be ready to move on.

I've reached the conclusion that the playoff drought turned the fanbase into a group of miserable cunts. People were bitching about making the playoffs last year ffs. No matter who was picked in the draft, people were destined to come here and complain. Also, "fans" here would rather be right in their harsh judgements, than be wrong, even if it means the team benefits. They have a lot energy invested in their negative emotions. Can't let that go to waste.

So if AJ plays well, the Bills have a solid QB. I don't see the problem here.
