What changed is it became public and details were outlined for a civil case. If the civil case hadn't been filed he would still be our punter. My guess is the girl doesn't remember fully what went on and was trying to piece the night together. I don't think she is looking for a big settlement but sincerely thinks he is guilty and he thinks he's innocent.
