  1. Bit of a surprise, but CBS Sports has Mason Rudolph as the #1 QB and Jackson as #2. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings/2018/QB?:sort_col=4&:sort_dir=1 Maybe have not redone old rankings until after the Senior Bowl?
  2. Sounds like the JAX Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club need to take action. Sticky seats?
  3. As a former altar boy, this has the feel of a Catholic Guilt thread.
  4. Rickey Hatley I guess we picked him up for the practice squad a couple of weeks ago and within a few days was brought up to the team and played some snaps vs Miami (NT). I looked at the box score vs Jax and the guy got 3 tackles (combined) in only 18 snaps. Now I wish I'd recorded the game, just to see if I could pick him out. His # is 94. Anybody comment? Maybe we'll get lucky on this guy. Sure would be nice to not spend a draft choice or get a FA and DT is for sure a big need.
  5. David Culley is our current QB Coach, but I can't see any previous experience as a QB Coach. Assuming we improve where we can, he may be vulnerable.
  6. May offer Matthews a decent 1 year contract and give him a chance to rehab his career. Had some tough luck right out of the gate. I'd like to keep him at least for a full year.
  7. <The problem is, Smith often will take a snap and with the slightest bit of percieved pocket getting a little tight...takes off and runs...and not aiming to throw, just to run. > I'm not buying this, at all. He only ran 60 times all year and many of those runs were designed.
  8. I keep a few empty beer bottles with readable barcodes in the car, just in case.
  9. I wonder how many of you have read all of Tony's books? I mean read, not just skim. Anyone? Kornheiser, Tony (1983). The Baby Chase. New York: Atheneum. pp. 212 pages. ISBN 0-689-11354-4. Kornheiser, Tony (1995). Pumping Irony: Working Out the Angst of a Lifetime. New York: Times Books. ISBN 0-8129-2474-6. Kornheiser, Tony (1997). Bald as I Wanna Be. New York: Villard. pp. 304 pages. ISBN 0-375-50037-5. Kornheiser, Tony (2002). I’m Back for More Cash: a Tony Kornheiser collection (Because You Can’t Take Two Hundred Newspapers into the Bathroom). New York: Villard. pp. 379 pages. ISBN 0-375-50754-X.
  10. IMO, a DL guy needs explosion off the snap and I don't see that in Vea. We already have an 'ok' 1st round DL guy but we need a game changer.
  11. IMO, keeping Tyrod = 30% decline in season ticket sales. I talk to at least 30 Bills fans every day. Not a one of them want him back. Well, there was one, but I screamed "Cap Thief!" and he hesitated for 5 or 6 seconds, then ran away.
  12. Famous Dennison quotes that never grow old: "He managed the team when things weren't going well but kept us in the game. Some people might have gone south. He kept us all rolling. Had to make some plays with his feet when things weren't there. And he's coachable. You tell him to do something, he'll do it right. He'll fix it."
  13. Looked to me they also temporarily changed leading with the crown of the helmet.
  14. A QB, healthy WRs + 4 new players (2 pass rushers) on the front 7. We get that, we go back.
  15. The # of interceptions was disproportionate to the sacks/pressure. The coaching staff really squeezed the most out of our DBs. Their play covered up an awful lot of problems.
  16. As I recall, there were complaints about his game plans being too complex.
  17. Do they give players binocular vision tests? I just don't understand how Taylor can overthrow a 25 yard target by 6 yards.
  18. You are a liar and the worst kind of troll. I highly recommend that everyone block this jackass.
  19. Ngakoue received an Unnecessary Roughness penalty at 6:03 of the 2nd Quarter. He got caught and now deflects to the nearest easy target (Incognito), while playing the social media gambit & hoping he doesn't get fined. He's a punk. Klos? Troll, I think.
  20. You know what kid? Go !@#$ yourself. Punk.
