  1. Ahem Diggs' unnecessary early extension was historically bad....biggest non qb dead cap in league history that gave the Bills 31 million less to spend this year, enough to possibly derail their chances this year. Amazing how many just pretend that didn't happen.
  2. I wasn't happy at all with the Knox extension....thought it was a terrible contract.
  3. Big slow receivers who can't separate are the future...Beane is just ahead of the curve.
  4. Was ranked 32nd out of 81 tackles by PFF last year. His first season above average. One above average season gets you a highly paid extension?....I would have waited to see if he has another.
  5. His original contract would have ended after last season with no dead cap...just good luck and thanks for the memories. Would have been a perfect time to say goodbye in regards to his age, career arc, and attitude. The ill advised extension was offered when he was still under contract for two more seasons, completely unnecessary. Instead the Bills not only gave him a big raise for those two seasons, but left themselves with the largest dead cap hit for a non qb in league history. The Bills did this to themselves..they put a selfish me-first player in a position to do great harm to the team and what a shock...he did great harm to the team. A colossal mistake and a completely self inflicted wound. Beane is responsible for that contract. 31 million more dollars to spend this off-season could have made a huge difference. I bring this up because people act like Diggs did this to the Bills. Why blame a selfish a hole for being a selfish a hole when you could have seamlessly avoided the whole thing.
  6. Wow! What a game..I'm not a fan of either team but I just feel compelled to say "What a ***** game"!!
  7. Were you staring at her shirt?😂
  8. Are you trying to say that's a top 5 group? Cmon man, that's ridiculous
  9. Except he wasn't playing any percentages. He was clueless and completely misunderstood the situation. There was absolutely no reason to guard the sidelines...period. The Chiefs had 2 timeouts and just 13 secs, they didn't need to run out of bounds at all. I was screaming at the TV when I saw what he was doing...I couldn't believe it. It was probably the dumbest ending to a game I've ever witnessed. He looked so lost and confused. I've seen that same look too many times since. The panicked brain freeze
  10. I don't find it negative at all. It's people talking about football...there's positives and there's negatives to be discussed. The Bills leaders, like all humans, are far from perfect and this is a discussion forum. I find the incessant cheerleading from some posters (and the inability to entertain any thought that the Bills may not be on the right course) to be far more annoying than the people sharing their insights and ideas on what could be done better. I can't speak for others but being critical of the Bills doesn't diminish my appreciation of the team, the game, or the sport.
  11. Davis is deceptively and unexpectedly fast.......he clocked one of the fastest in-game top speeds in college football last year at 21.7 mph. 4th fastest among draft rbs and tied for 9th when you include wrs. Faster than Brian Thomas, McConkey, and others. He is an all round back...not a one trick battering ram.
  12. You're dreaming, Talent and depth? The Bills oline is lacking in both. Expecting them to be one of the best lines is such a homer pipe dream imo.
  13. Its disturbing that McD and Beane have Trubisky and DeNucci as the backup QBs, another subpar talent-starved patchwork oline, and a bottom 1/3 wr corps for Josh Allen in his 7th year.
  14. I've seen the Bills mentioned as a top 3 landing spot for Thomas in a couple of articles over the last month or two. He should be well rested, he's had a lot of time off the last few years. Just turned 31, maybe he has another good season left in him? Brady and Curry were coaches of his in NO. Definitely worth looking into I think..
  15. I would definitely take GBs talented young wr group over the Bills group ...not even close
  16. Except KC has a great offensive line that gives more time for Mahomes in the pocket and their wrs to get open. A really good offensive line makes every qb rb and wr better. A fact McBeane duo do not seem to understand
  17. But his special teams play will take them to the SB!🤪
  18. The Bills wr group is easily in the bottom 1/3rd of the league talentwise imo. A top 3 QB in his 7th year and he has garbage wrs and a lousy offensive line; but they draft a new rb high every draft. Because when your offensive line sucks...you get a new running back!
  19. Who needs an oline when you have Josh? It's how they roll every year. Hope for the best... talent is not even important for the oline in McB land, they just need to 'gel'. If the run game sucks...get another new rb. It's the McBeane way. Offense is way overrated in the NFL anyway... if you score too fast the defense can't rest! D wins championships.. Gotta hold onto the ball and burn clock. Win a championship the right way! The McBeane Way🫡
  20. Change the stupid title to this thread. He is not 'Ray Ray' Davis and never will be. Knock it off and don't disrespect him like that, who the ***** would want to share a nickname with Ray McCloud ?
  21. Davis hit one of the top 5 in-game speeds for rbs last season at 21.7mph vs Florida. That speed is 10th including wrs. Notice the top 5 in-game speeds for wrs Not surprised to see Troy Franklin at top 2, tied with Legette behind Worthy..I've seen him in person, ludicrous in-game speed. How about Brendan Rice with 5th fastest speed?... I have no idea how he dropped to the 7th round. 6'3" 205lbs Caught 14 tds last season on only 45 catches, 31% of rec for TDS. 17.6yds per catch.... And he's Jerry ***** Rice's kid! Wasn't even worth a 6th round flier? Weird. P.S. For those thinking Coleman plays faster than his 4.61 40 would indicate....he doesn't. His 19.6 mph aligns perfectly with his 4.61
  22. McD is still here, identity pretty much the same....soft shell, stop the big play while giving away first downs underneath, offense on the sideline too long....will work against inconsistent qbs and will not against the good ones. Bend until you finally break. AKA The death of a thousand cuts
  23. Unfortunately Coleman was not very good vs press man and single coverage. Being bigger doesn't necessarily make you better at getting off the line, Troy Franklin at 180 lbs was top 2 yprr vs press man and top 3 vs single. Footwork and hands are what beat the press.
