  1. It's been pushed back a couple times and it just makes me more eager to meet the two of them; which other TBD members are going?
  2. Conversely, they could be extra pissed off and motivated leading up to this game. This game means a little extra to Dareus and Marrone, who will most definitely run a tight ship in practice this week.
  3. They're going to be pissed off this full week of practice...definitely a tough but winnable game coming up
  4. Same exact thing happened on the opening drive against the Texans and he and Josh were hot Coaches should be able to challenge calls like this on a somewhat limited basis
  5. Sammy Watkins is on the list, eh? What about all the other receivers that used to complain about a lack of targets and stats?
  6. Well yeah, he was much better set up for success in Cincinnati (great OL, running and receiving weapons, coaching, the whole shebang). The years he did took ever were the peak of that team. I'm still inclined to think he wouldn't be good enough to elevate our level of play from loss to win in most - if not all - our games though.
  7. I thought he would have been a great hire and remember lots of us on BBMB being bummed we picked Rex over him; the years he was Bengals OC was that team's peak in talent before Marvin Jones and Mohammed Sanu walked.
  8. He's human - one that got fired, performed terribly, and is victim to all sorts of ridicule (regardless of it being deserved)
  9. I don't see the issue with him pulling a Colton Schmidt. He (was) a part of the family so I'd definitely welcome him with open arms. But realistically, if he's not on the PS, he needs to get the **** out of Buffalo.
  10. Marvin Lewis and Hue Jackson are guys that just need a little more time, the Bengals would be foolish to get rid of them too quickly.
  11. Green Bay could have an open HC spot, too, as should Denver
  12. AJ would not have been the difference in any of our losses if his preseason performance (and limited action versus SF on Thursday) was any indication. A high fifth for a guy that will be lucky to still be in the NFL in a few years is a big win for us.
  13. Are people really wasting their time whining about McDermott not throwing Peterman under the bus?
  14. That may very well have been his last game with them as he looks for the best deal on the market
  15. Mo Claiborne is currently on a 1 year, $7M deal. He and Tre both went to LSU, grew up together in Shreveport...maybe he could recruit him to join us?
  16. Not looking like a **** show will help us attract much-needed FAs. Getting a high draft pick doesn't guarantee it'll be successful or matchup value with positional needs, especially since this draft is supposed to be the year of the DL.
  17. That tumble may have actually helped him get out of harm's way...think about how many defenders are dreaming of having the shot at him in open field.
  18. And if we had a draft do-ever, both of them would be long gone early in the first round; what's the point of your message, Captain Hindsight?
  19. By Josh, I meant ours - who makes us slightly competitive unless the other QBs, though I do agree McCown is good
  20. Josh Allen would look good in any pair of shorts unlike the members of that sorry Patriots team
  21. Clever nickname but otherwise this is clogging up space on the message board like he does on the field
  22. The ESPN graphics department is as good as their commentary trio is awful
  23. I can't necessarily blame them for what went down this past draft. Turning 5 draft picks into 2 in order to secure Allen and Edmunds could very well be worth it. As for Harry, he probably was the BPA by a large margin. I was hoping we'd address offense immediately afterwards, but Taron looks like a good building block as well.
