  1. Speak for yourself. I always said Woods was the best WR on the roster. He blocks and runs great routes and has strong hands. He reminds me of Steve Smith a bit. Benjamin is a damn good WR so the Bills have that going for them.
  2. Alex Smith is an upgrade over Taylor but he also has issues throwing the ball...ask any Chefs fan and they will sound like Bills fans about Taylor. NO THANKS to Alex Smith.
  3. Obviously not. My point was most of us can name players that have been on this team that deserved being in the playoffs, bandwagon jumpers can take a hike. I think you've missed my point.
  4. Cousins is a lot better than some people on here think, however - watching the game today, I think Taylor is looking really good, he's sailed a few balls but that might be due to the wind. Either way the Bills at some point are going to need to pay a QB.
  5. If you can't pull an old Bills jersey out of the closet then you're not a real Bills fan and you shouldn't be trying to be one now. We have all lived this drought with the team, and our bus has no room for temporary passengers.
  6. Yep and I think he will. I think he's going to rush for 40+ and throw for 250 and 3 TDs.
  7. Cousins. Perfect fit and if you look at his numbers and who his WR are in Washington you'll realize he did a lot with nothing. He lost his top 2 guys and still had a great year. You put Cousins on the Bills with Shady, Clay and Benj. and you'll have a damn good offense. Keep them draft picks and fill the D-line, O-line and LB's and get Shady a real deal backup and you're talking a true contender.
  8. I just don't see him translating well to the NFL. He maybe a decent player but I just can't see him being a first round QB. Maybe because I live in KC and just can't stomach the Chefs and some of their fans are annoying. I'm so tired of hearing about how they win their weak ass division and make the playoffs only to loose in the first round when they play against real playoff teams. Seeing them screw up just seems to be a fun show to watch.
  9. There are quite a few fans here in KC that want him to start already. Personally, I can't wait for him to fall on his face. I think it was a HUGE mistake to give up a first for him.
  10. replay works, it just needs to be fair and consistent just like the calls on the field. The calls should be different from game to game and from officiating teams to officiating teams. I've seen a lot of holding that goes un-called for the pats, not to mention the pick play they consistently run. Calls the games the same no matter what teams are playing. If there are horrible calls then fine the refs.
  11. They should be fined just like players that do stupid things on the field. The replay official should have been fined 2 weeks ago for the stupid call against the Steelers and he should have been fined double for his second offense for the call against the Bills.
  12. Yea, if the Bengals win the Bills are in, that's correct. The Jags game just moves them between 5 and 6. Lets hope the Bengals can pull off a win.
  13. Here's a good site that has up-to-date playoff pictures for all teams: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/12/26/upshot/nfl-playoff-picture-week-17-trees.html It's easier if the Bengals and Jags win, but still possible if the Ravens, Jags and Raiders all win.
  14. <sarcasm>I hope they keep shuffling OC and QB's forever, it's worked so well.</sarcasm> To be honest I just want to see them win and I don't care how the hell that happens.
  15. He is keep the players humble. I see nothing wrong with his comments and besides before he started his presser after the game he thanked the people that cleared the stadium, the fans and also gave props to shady. Move on...it's Pats week.
  16. I loved the pick when the Bills made it but can remember a lot of fans complaining about it. You can't go wrong with a DB out of LSU. Peterson in AZ has been the best in the NFL for years and White will be just as good.
  17. This board resembles the one that shut down and it's the main reason I don't participate much on here. Its annoying when posters insist that your opinion is wrong and theirs is correct. It's sad, I live out of the area and the only way to get any information on the team for me is the internet and that's become more effort than it's worth.
  18. I don't understand some of you posters. If you don't like whats being shared or you don't believe the poster to be honest or have true inside info then why are you reading the post in the first place? Then you come in and post something trying to call the posters out and make fun of them. All you're doing is keep the post active. Get over it and move on. Don't open the post, don't read the post and don't reply to the post. It's a public board where any member can start a thread and should be able to enjoy a conversation over said thread. Seriously are some of you that miserable in your life that you feel the need to get on the internet, hide behind a keyboard and start crap on a message board?
  19. You're talking about a first round pick being a great depth player. I think the problem is most people want more production out of a first round pick. Its not his fault where he was picked and I get that and I'm not down on him for his ankle or his shoulder. I just think that McD likes more powerful guys up front.
  20. The problem is he was a first round pick and missed 1/2 his rookie season due to being drafted with an injury and now this year he's missing time due to an injury. You would expect to get more time on the field and production from a first round pick. I think under the system Rex was supposed to put in place he would be a good fit but in the current system he's just not a good fit similar to Ragland. I can see the Bills making a player for player trade in the offseason. I don't dislike him at all, I just don't see him fitting into the system.
  21. This is your opinion, that doesn't mean the Bills or any other NFL team feels that way. Personally I wouldn't want to see the Bills be the Chiefs of last year trading up for a guy like Mahomes simply because. I'm tired of these types of QB that are coming out of college and being touted as a franchise QB only to find out they are just ok. The Bills need a Big Ben or Brady type QB. A QB that can take over a game and win it. I think Denvelway has their guy in Kelly.
  22. Maon Rudolph? So that's your SB winning QB? I really hope they don't mortgage both 1's and a 5th on that kid.
  23. I get that, but sending away picks to get a QB that more than likely isn't going to be a franchise guy doesn't guarantee you playoffs let alone a SB. The Bills need OL, WR, LB, DL and RB help. How are they going to get that? Giving up draft picks to get a QB will set them back, that QB isn't going to instantly get you to the playoffs and is at risk of being injured if they don't fix the other problems. I would like to see the Bills make the SB but making the playoffs has to happen for them to make the SB so they go hand in hand. I just want a big, tall, strong, smart & accurate QB. At this point I don't even care how it happens. I'm tired of it all.
  24. I don't know why a team would give away a great QB, maybe we should ask the Chargers? There isn't a top quality QB in this draft to compare anyone coming out of college to Jim Kelly is crazy talk. I just think the Bills can fill so much with this draft and get a QB in to win games right now, and then when there is a stronger QB coming out they can go all in to get him.
