That's also a reason but if Lamar had an agent he wouldn't have stepped on the field for the 2021 season without a contract given his stock was sky high at the time being only one year removed from an MVP season. Now it's two straight years without being able to finish the season with them due to injuries.

No matter where he lines up he immediately upgrades their offensive line. The Bears also considered Witherspoon as they didn't expect him to drop this far but the depth at CB in the draft convinced them they could draft one in later rounds. The Eagles @Logic on the clock.

I still think the easiest fix is just a healthy Von Miller as getting home with four works no matter who is calling plays. Von made the plays that won us the Chiefs game and probably the Ravens game. We were not the same dominant team when he went down in Detroit. The rest of the D-line was better when he was in there. I maintain that if he stayed healthy all of last year we win the Super Bowl. Same goes for this year if he's back to his old self after the ACL tear.

He's lost about 32.3 million compared to Allen. If Allen's agent gets 3% that's about 2.5 million of what Josh has earned so far. So, Josh has earned approximately 29.8 million more than Lamar so far. There's some irony in that Watson only got the guaranteed contract Lamar is after because he had a cutthroat agent that squeezed everything they could out of a desperate dysfunctional franchise in the Browns.

I really like this mock and the rationale behind it. A couple of thoughts. I could see Tennessee taking Levis at #11. I'm not sure Gonzalez drops out of the top 10. Also, if the board plays out that way I think either Campbell or Sanders is the pick for the Bills. Most likely Campbell.

Only having six picks would pry be the only reason. I expect at least one though in the first three rounds. Too many WR pre draft visits to think otherwise.

This WR class is just so underwhelming that I don't think given where we pick would be much of an upgrade of what we have right now. Next year's class has to be better. Right? I'm thinking more long term with Josh anyways. I'd prefer a tackle that can play both sides and push Spencer Brown for his job. Maybe eventually take over for Dion Dawkins. My ideal first three picks would be something along the lines of Wright in the first, Campbell or Sanders in the 2nd, and then maybe take a chance on someone like Mauch (assuming Avilia is off the board) in the 3rd. Kick him inside to develop as a guard.

Agreed. I’d rather them not take a WR at all this year until day three if it means you draft o-line with two of the top three picks. Protecting Josh allows average receivers to eventually get open using their own unique skills to find a way. It’s no accident Josh’s best season came when the o-line pass protection was the strongest.

He signed the richest safety contract ever at the time so it's hard to argue he's underrated. I'm just hoping if he is traded it's to an NFC team. Poyer is one season removed from a first team all pro and he only carries a cap hit of 4.85 million. About 1/3rd of what it would cost for Baker.

Congrats on that glass half full perspective. Diggs is almost 30. Davis has been underwhelming as WR2 who's in the last year of his contract. We should be looking to draft a future Diggs replacement who can play on the outside as the WR2 in the meantime. Unfortunately, this WR draft class is abhorrent.

So, a defense is relevant as ours couldn't even hold the Chiefs to under 30 in our last two playoff losses against them. I'd watch the draft on a cheap TV if I were you.
