Has anyone checked on Louis Riddick? (Trey Lance news...)

Give him a similar contract the Packers just gave Jordan Love. -

A team like the Vikings would be smart to trade for him as they have a solid foundation in place especially on offense. Let him learn behind Cousins for a year like Mahomes did behind Alex Smith. -
Republican debate GDT

Ramaswamy was the only one who played directly to Trump's base so that's not too surprising. I thought DeSantis was too timid. Christie is just annoying and is running to get a job on a cable network. I thought Haley was the most impressive but it doesn't matter. -

They never gave him the chance to grow and injuries didn't help. They were a win now team drafting a project QB who needed a lot of reps. It was a dumb trade up but they should've went with Mac Jones once they did. -
Tommy Sweeney has "Medical Event" at Practice

He got diagnosed with myocarditis when Covid first hit. Prayers for him. -
The only thing dumber than giving a running back a huge second contract is giving up assets for the right to give a running back a huge second contract.

Will Bruce Smith’s sack record ever be broken?
Doc Brown replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
Myles Garrett is at 12.41 per year. He'll need to keep that up until he's 38 though. It's possible but Antonio Brown was also on pace to break Jerry Rice's records so it's highly unlikely. -

Using a third day pick to get a four year backup to Allen that can learn your system on a cost controlled rookie deal is smart if you hit on the pick. Beane didn't hit on the pick.

Colts grant Jonathan Taylor’s request to seek trade

Makes sense but you forgot the rule that all good players traded must go to an AFC competitor this off-season. -
The main reason people are freaking out is all the concerns we had going into the season proved true on Saturday. MLB and RT are a huge liability. Dawkins play may be slipping and our defense looked old and slow on that long run play.

Bills Signing OL Garrett McGhin (who)

Doesn't matter. When the Lions cut Bobby Hart he'll be our "tackle depth." May god help us all. -

Tre White wasn't even targeted in this game I believe and by all accounts looks like his old self in training camp. What are you talking about? -
We need Bernard to at least be average
Doc Brown replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall
It takes three years to evaluate a draft. Lloyd was pretty bad last year so I'm not going to say right now it was a huge mistake passing up on him based off training camp reports. I'm also not going to panic about Elam yet either as he showed some flashes last year and is still very young (just turned 22). What I can say is that Beane at this point looks like he severely miscalculated at the MLB spot in either resigning Edmunds or finding a viable replacement in the draft and/or free agency. -
Whichever one doesn't go down with a mysterious leg injury this week wins a roster spot.

Torrence looked good at RG at first glance too and him starting in front of Allen tells me it's his job to lose.

Are you really comparing a meaningless preseason game to the season opener? We seemed ready to go in the NFL opener last year. To quote a certain qb, “Relax.” -
Huge win for progressives!!!

That's a good point as men and women have the same average IQ's but but men have a higher variance(more geniuses and morons). There's probably an evolutionary component where there's a greater need for visual-spatial reasoning in males. Still though, I'd think there'd have to be an exception or two to the rule and that there was a female(s) who could compete with the top male chess players. -

I didn't even know their were separate men and women leagues. Seems odd since it's a cognitive game that requires no physical requirements except sitting in a chair and having a functioning arm. I'm guessing it's because, like poker, there's just so many more men that are interested in it and play while their wives fetch them a sandwich or beverage. -

Hardest one will pry be they paid running backs more than kickers? -
McDermott mentioned something about approaching it like they did the years before last season which is odd because we started the season on fire. Did he blame all the early injuries last year on resting the starters too much in preseason? Have they been pushing them harder in training camp practices compared to last year? Am I reading too much into his comment? I need answers.
