I couldn't AGREE more...shutting down Davis during the middle of this season to appease the veteran Sanders was so incredibly stupid. The pecking order should always have been Diggs, Davis, Beasley and Sanders. In that order. And their collective targets should've reflected that. Another mistake by McDabs....

It's not like Trubisky is Matt Barkley or Fromm. He can beat a McCaffrey-less team with an aging Cam. This is the reason we picked him up. If Josh is only 70-80% sit him and rest him for Foxboro.

I don't begrudge Edmunds for the TD. Perriman should have been covered already. But Edmunds not finishing that tackle on Fournette might've been the game. His run support skills are waining. Gabe Davis needs to Immediately become our WR2. Limit Sanders's snaps now. The structure of the fake punt was destined to fail. Not going for 4th & 3 was a fail on McD. Dane played commendable and will be a good depth cb when Tre returns. Love Harry's motor but Ed deserves a true 1T next to him. Coaching has to improve. Daboll's runs on 1st down are so frustrating. I think we'll limp to 10-7 and be the 7th WC. But this OL is not getting us to LA.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with Ed Oliver. He's basically had no one reliable next to him all year. Star has been worthless and Harry tries but he's nowhere near a 1T. Several DL guys will be gone. Probably Hughes, Addison, Butler, Star and Bryant. Guys like Phillips, Obada, Zimmer and Ankou are just depth. We need a young stud 1T who will battle side by side with Ed.

Can we merge all the "we will win out" threads to one STFU thread. We've now experienced 6 wake up calls. I'm all for fan optimism and enthusiasm but this is silly. Maybe we can all practice our Joe Namath finger wave.....

They'll be more boots in Josh's future if McD & Beane don't lock themselves in a room and begin a plan for a full OL/RB rebuild. No RB is safe (sorry Motor) and besides maybe Dawkins and Brown, no olineman is safe.
