I'm walking away from Singletary, Jones and Gilliam. Gilliam serves zero purpose on offense other than blocking. If you get better olineman you don't need a FB. I'm done paying any of my ST players more than league minimum. Devin is just not remarkable. Let Hines be backup for a season to Cook and acquire a couple udfa rbs later. I think Perine stays in Cincy and they let Mixon go. No more RB's in the first 3 rounds.

Frazier is a dinosaur. He should've been replaced after the Houston game when he laid off all the wrs by 7-9 yards. He's absolutely terrified to call man press. Process, culture and character is great for choir boys. I'm targeting the "Vince" version by maybe selecting a few less choir boys. As far as offense goes, 99% of our fans are smart enough to see the biggest problem. No support system for Josh outside of Diggs. Waiting nearly 6 years to flip the OL. Waiting 3 years to find a true WR2. Waiting 5 years to find a dynamic RB and commitment to more rushes. Waiting 6 years for a decent TE2. Dorsey is probably not the solution but I'm reluctantly willing to give him 1 more year. Call motion, call screens, call misdirection, have hot reads ready when Josh gets pressure. Do all of this along with forcing Josh to acknowledge the benefits of checkdowns and maybe... just maybe we'll have a chance a Vince.

I really feel sorry for Josh. As long as the Pegulas keep McDermott around with his merry men of coaches, this team will win just enough games to slide into the playoffs but tear your heart out immediately.

What's terrifying is this current coaching staff wasting the first decade of Josh's career. Settling for nice regular seasons only to quickly get bounced in the playoffs. At one point I thought we'd win 2 SB's with Josh. Now I think we'll be lucky to win 1.

The only reason Epenesa got the sacks that he did was because Von literally chased guys right into him. If we can keep Gabe as a long-term WR3 at a reasonable contract, I will be satisfied. It's just so infuriating that our people are smart enough to draft guys like Teller & Hodgins yet too dumb to keep them.

Exactly, they've clearly identified Groot, Von, Jones and Ed as their top line. But playing the scrub 2nd line 40% of the time just kills this team.
