    it would probably take a year or two to really know as the new qb develops. the timing was just off in regards to a new sammy contract and getting an effective qb.

    absolutely. there was no way the bills were going to pay sammy that kind of money, so at least they got a great pick in return.

    wow. well...good for sammy! i appreciate it any time a guy gets paid. i can't tell if kc is going to be a perfect fit, or a potential nightmare for sammy.

    the bills were moving on from tyrod, and still managed to get a very solid pick. taylor may even be in a better situation for him now. both sides can win on this one. the trade was great.

    i miss the days of vinny testaverde. there's a ring i'd throw my hat into anytime.

    i'm of the group that liked cordy, and really dislikes getting rid of any of the oline, (even with injuries) but i completely understand and am behind the trade. the move up to 12 this year is absolutely huge and well worth the risk.

    i think it was a success enough. i wasn't expecting much when he was brought in, and he exceeded my expectations. unfortunately he just isn't good enough, but i appreciate his time here.

    Agreed. As long as Taylor is the bridge qb, I just can’t imagine there will be too much bickering. He’s an upgrade from what they had. The trade could work out well for everyone.

    That’s what I thought. There’s a number of out of town season ticket holders on here. I’m pretty sure Shaw lives in Connecticut, and he has tickets.
