  1. is this **** for real? the author actually manages to take the fun out of a game.
  2. he's not a rookie, and he's put up numbers far less that what other rookies have put up in the past. hence starting peterman. i like tyrod as i've mentioned a million times, but he needed to put up far better production as a VETERAN! ( i can yell through the internet too). it's what he does. he was telling a number of us that we couldn't have an opinion on watkins because we didn't watch enough of the rams games. during that time he insisted that sammy was elite, that we was the worlds greatest decoy, and that goff was being coached not to throw to sammy. he actually tried to push this off as truth. when he doesn't have a real argument, he harps on the same point over and over, no matter how bad it is. this is what he's doing with the peterman nonsense. he hates the staff, and it's the easiest way for him to attack them. for a guy that's older than i am, (i'm 40) it's kinda sad.
  3. oh 72...you really are bad at having a normal conversation. 5th round doesn't matter at all. round doesn't matter once you're in the league. i'm not in any way saying it was a good idea to start nate, but 72 has his hands around this idea, and won't let it go. he's decided that he hates this staff because they traded away watkins. he can't be angry they didn't make the playoffs, so now his clinging to this. unfortunately he's completely unreasonable.
  4. come on 72. first off, who cares where a rookie was drafted? apparently he looked good in practice, and mcd thought it could provide a spark. it obviously was a wrong call, so time to move on. second, it was taylor's play that made that decision a consideration in the first place. how bad does your starter have to be to replace him with....as you love to say...A ROOKIE FIFTH ROUND PICK???
  5. absolutely. i don't think this roster is anywhere near where the staff wants it to be. it will certainly be closer next year, but i still don't think it will be the final product.
  6. how about the coaching pulling out of that slide to keep competitive and grab the last playoff spot?
  7. i'm sure part of it is, but how do you not be conservative with tyrod? it's not like you're suddenly going to up a great passing attack. that would likely lead to many a three and out. i assume keeping heavy with the run game it to control the ball and clock. it's boring, but it's worked this year when the bills have had the lead. i'd be pretty surprised if the bills don't grab a qb at some point. he may not be one of the top two, but even if the bills wanted to i think they could.
  8. i agree. it shocks me that people want to build around tyrod in any way. some have even called the staff foolish for not trying to play to his strengths. i don't want taylor's strengths to be the showcase of anything, (other than his ability not to turn the ball over). you don't think the bills have the ability to draft someone?
  9. i don't like the conservative approach either, but again, don't you think this is in large part due to tyrod and his ability? having him at qb just make this team too one dimensional.
  10. no one said it was all tyrods fault scott. you come close to having a noraml conversation, and then you go all scott again. as i've said before, i like tt, but do is really the qb you want to build around? i don't. if you don't think tyrod has some responsibility for the lack of production on offense, then i guess we just see things differently.
  11. but the bills didn't go into tank more with the trades in the preseason. they got rid of guys while getting valuable picks. apparently they felt they didn't need the bloated contracts and ****ty attitudes to win, and they were right. as other have mentioned, the bills offense is seriously limited by the qb. i say this as someone who likes tt. like him or not, i can admit he just doesn't throw the ball well on a consistent basis. i don't mind tt on this team, but he certainly isn't a guy you build around. if they draft a qb high, and keep tt on for a year or two while the next guy learns, i'm more than ok with that.
  12. i hear ya. i don't think anything isn't saying it was a mistake. it was. i just don't know why you're deciding to latch onto it. it was a poor choice, mcd went back to tyrod, and the bills made the playoffs. listen, we know you don't like this staff mostly because of the watkins trade, but not you're just hanging on one decision to define their first year hear. i don't know why.
  13. what kind of argument is this? a ****ty one. hey 1972. this bills made the playoffs without sammy watkins. sammy watkins had another ok year, but isn't elite. you mad bro?
  14. yes. i don't want to see the face of the person i'm violating.
  15. picture me dancing like this, but with far less clothing.
  16. this thread is the written version of a dumpster baby.
  17. he could dance through cake without even taping those ankles up. is it weird that we're talking about ankles, and your wife's ankles have spent a good amount of time behind my head?
  18. i had heard that there was videos of him getting off the plane, and partying with tre white, (haven't seen them) and that his ankle and movements seemed fine. i don't think that really means much either way, but thought i would throw that out there.
  19. absolutely loved mindhunter. loved it. i'm only a couple of episodes in, but the german show Dark seem to be pretty fantastic. same here with dark. i'd much rather read the subtitles. i wasn't sure if there was an option to do that, but i just ended up getting used to it.
  20. i hear ya. i even threw that idea in there.
