  1. i think there's a lot of right reasons mentioned in this tread as to what that show has changed into. I think it's a combo of his age, and he doesn't really seem to be into it nearly as much anymore. he seems to keep going for lack of not knowing what to do after, and to keep a lot of his staff employed. the show has definitely become worse with covid. not having the writers and staff there has completely taken an edge off the show. the funny, spontaneous moments are gone, as some of the better writers are gone as well. a lot of that is circumstance and age. I treat the show like a podcast now, (kind of). i don't listen to music in the morning, so i tend to flip around talk radio. stern is one of those channel, so i check to see what's on. for those who say the interviews aren't interesting...you're dead wrong. it's the only thing making that show appealing anymore. i'm not a hard core music guy, but i've learned a ton from musicians like dave grohl, peter frampton, and lady gaga. i didn't think of much of gaga until i heard her on that show, and wow what a talent. i always get a kick out of the comedians, and the actors are hit or miss based on your preference. it's not the same show where i couldn't wait to tune in every day for the nonsense, but there's still good there. just not every day.
  2. i'm going to take it a step further and say it gets even worse at game time than it had been all day on those sundays.
  3. he's just a disingenuous poster who either makes up or leaves out info to push this wildly negative schtick he has. just have fun with it already.
  4. they playoffs are an entirely new season. as of now i'm not worried what happened during the regular season. time to start looking forward to this saturday spanky. i've learned a lot from you posting lately. it's nothing you've said, but rather when posters correct you, it's good football talk. i appreciate it.
  5. you accuse people of posting strictly on conjecture and opinion, yet here you are. and idol worship? how is therapy going for you?
  6. honestly...if you had friends who didn't come to the board because they felt it was too toxic, would they even be your friends anymore?
  7. i didn't notice this either. color me curious.
  8. football! do you wake up like this, or does it take a few cups of coffee to get you there?
  9. agreed. if the bills stay focused and keep mistakes low, there's no reason they shouldn't win this first round.
  10. i...am into this.
  11. happy birfday!
  12. let the anger begin!!!!
  13. Bro…my bedtime.
  14. your comment was that if the bills waited until this year to sign allen, it would have been for less base on his production in 2021. there's nothing true about that, it's a complete wrong statement no matter how you spin it. that being said, i love your posting.
  15. I’m not your guy, friend!
  16. is that true? can you show us? let me guess...no response.
  17. besides mine, i'm no summoned to do an evaluation every time my 3 year old drops a two step. he give me a size and number update, then walks me to check it out.
  18. it certainly feels like this year has been for more unlucky that others, but that's going on memory. i think what's more unique is that the weather seems to get worse exactly at game time. it isn't necessarily good all day, but it just seems to ***** and become awful at kickoff. didn't i see a graphic showing the temps will start to drop and weather more extreme at around 4 in buffalo this sunday?
  19. i bet you don't even have sphincter control anymore.
  20. i think that's a diet issue.
  21. he had a bad throwing day. it's happen to all qbs, even the great. that being said, josh still carried the team to a win. if he doesn't beat you one way, he'll beat you another. this is just an opportunity for certain posters to take one bad game, and harp on it over and over and over. it was a win.
  22. i think saying they just got lucky is a bit off base. this team took the steps to developing josh and putting the tools around him to succeed. on top of that, josh is an incredibly hard worker who has put the time in. is luck involved? sure, but it's one element of many that has made allen successful.
  23. the craziness of the weather this year isn't typical, (i'm going by memory, so i could be wrong). i don't go to nearly as many games as i once did, but the colts game this year is one of of the wettest garbage games i've ever sat through. i have to imagine the pats game was worse. as long as we don't get mega high winds, or hard core rain, i don't think it's too much of an issue.
