the easiest way to go is to deep fry that sucker. i've only done it twice, and it's come out perfect. one hour for a 20 lb turkey. the trick is the weather. if it's overly cold or windy, it may take longer. this year it was raining a bit, so i put up one of those pop up tents, and it was perfect. no mess, no issues...just a perfect turkey.
