Well I'm a fan of football who loves the bills I respect tons of individual players around the league and I love college football There's tons of players that I respect and admire But when it comes to fandom.. it's the Buffalo Bills till I die
-
I've just read through a couple of pages in this thread... And I've read niners Rock... I love the 49ers etc lol I've never felt any fandom to any team besides the Buffalo Bills... Hence the word fan Which I already said is short for fanatic... Being filled with excessive and single-minded zeal Bill's fans are supposed to be the best in the world... The most loyal and hardcore Hardcore fans don't love another team LOL That's my pretty simple basis.. I've never actively rooted for another team or loved another team... I would just root for them then What's stopping a Bills fan also liking the dolphins then? Nothing And that's pretty gross as a Bills fan lol
-
All these fake Bills fans who are coming out to cheer on the niners LOL You do realize fan is short for fanatic? I don't even like the NFL anymore I just like the Buffalo Bills... I can never root for any other team

It's like the people who say Bill belichick would prefer Mac Jones over Josh Allen lol If you're a head coach in this league and you would not take Josh Allen to be your quarterback you probably won't be in the league long... Reid is probably the only one who wouldn't need to take him I would bet a 100 times out of 100 times he would take Josh Allen over purdy It would be asinine if he didn't... Josh is a Hall of Fame quarterback talent only 28 And he could do every single thing Brock can do and Brock can't do everything he can If you just said Kyle shanahan you have one quarterback to choose... Josh Allen or Brock He isn't taking brock He was infatuated with Trey Lance because of his ability to create plays... There's not one coach out there who doesn't want a quarterback who could create when a play breaks down... You could Coach Josh Allen to run any offense... He is not a system quarterback He wouldn't have to create as much if he had three people running wide open every play like the 49ers offense lol our best plays are ad libs We don't have Kyle shanahan drawing up plays
-
Shanahan wanted trey Lance who had more question marks than Josh Allen and like nine Starts FCS player with lots of questions marks and amazing physical gifts Josh was Trey Lance with more starts in a higher level football , and bigger I don't think shanahan would have had a problem drafting Josh

Rule 8 section 1 article 3-4 Note 4- If a pass is caught simultaneously by two eligible opponents, and both players retain it, the ball belongs to the passers. It is not a simultaneous catch if a player gains control first and an opponent subsequently gains joint control. I think the key word is both players retain it

The Allen-Diggs Relationship in Decline?
Buffalo716 replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
Every single athlete who cares about his performance on the field can sometimes let their emotions get them I certainly have played plenty of basketball games and football games where I know I wasn't playing my best... And I would show some frustration But the frustration is within because you know you're better than what you're putting out -
Ewwww

What was the first R Rated movie you saw?
Buffalo716 replied to BillsPride12's topic in Off the Wall
I think it was original Halloween It ruined me -
Got New Mexico St +3 earlier vs Sam Houston State Couldn't get the hook tho... now 3.5 But I thanks Sam Houston will have a let down after giving their all versus Liberty
-
The NFL calls it however they want so i don't even think it matters
-
Probably not because usually When the simultaneous catch rule happens... Both the wide receiver and defensive back are usually jockeying for the ball on the ground as the ref breaks them up Through the ground contact and the roll the defensive back had the ball Diggs didn't hold on to it
-
He did play 9 your right
-
For sure but even guys like Rinehart didn't even make it coming out and he was #2 overall He is gonna be a gem
-
18 year old Benson made the squad! Wow
-
I would have to do a deep dive ... but there is a lot of talent at that position.. more than we have had in a long time The offense should just be scratching it's potential
-
Almost every other play Knox is helping
-
I mean it's a long season so I'm open to how it evolves But even last year I felt that Knox can be used more as a vertical threat.. and right now Kincaid is being a steady check down option But I feel he has so much potential down the seam which we aren't utilizing right now Fitz use the torch the seams with Scott Chandler... Knox and Kincaid could be Killers down the middle

The days of blocking specialist tight ends are getting phased out... unless you're a team that's going to hand off the ball to a running back 300 times a year We were running team for 20 years so the bills could carry it.. Tennessee could carry it with King Henry.. Baltimore But the bills mask their under center offense with basically a spread offense.. and with the limited roster space, a blocking specialist is probably far down the list I've seen Dawson Knox Stalwart Matthew judon for an entire game and he's a pro bowler.. not beat him for a few reps Literally out muscle him for an entire game and demoralize him.. whoop him in pass blocking He's definitely an inconsistent receiver who can make big plays.. but he's definitely one of the better blocking starting tight ends in the league I don't think Dorsey knows how to use tight ends that well right now
-
I'll agree with most but Knox is a very good blocker ... he even can pass block d ends 1 on 1 He's very well rounded and is big part of our blocking scheme I remember him Stone Cold shutting down Matthew Judan an entire game... impressive

Ed Oliver is playing out of his mind this season
Buffalo716 replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
The game has been changing a lot over the last 10-15 years There aren't as many pure 0/1 techs as there was in the past Even huge guys like Phillips is a 3T... the days of Vince wilfork is not completely gone but the amount of guys is less Ed Oliver was playing 0 tech and 1 Tech mostly at Houston lol Just like the two down linebacker is getting phased out.. the two down defensive tackle is getting phased out Leaving a lot of tweaners between one and three technique... more flexibility is what a lot of coaches want -
Ed Oliver is playing out of his mind this season
Buffalo716 replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Settle always played better as a 3t in his career too Poona was a split 1t/3t in Seattle We're gonna need a committee and Ed will be playing 1t again at points which will wear him out -
The concept is simple but effective The execution was terrible.. you're getting a rub route on a mesh ... And the hook on the sit down should be between zone defenders.. so it should beat man and zone The running back is a nice outlet and the out route should clear space Just terrible execution
