  1. It'd be great if the Sabres went out and signed Sheldon Keefe so both franchises can enjoy having young and intelligent head coaches.
  2. I'll believe it when I see it...but I'd bet a lot of money that at least 4-5 WRs have better seasons than Williams this year. The 49ers signed Eric Rogers and the Colts signed Duron Carter, both of whom were great CFL WRs, and both flamed out within one year. We'll see how it goes, but I'm not counting this guy on the 53-man roster until he makes it. (People thought the same thing about Da'Rick Rogers and Ramses Barden, among others I'm sure.)
  3. I highly disagree. While he's better suited as a #2 WR, he would be our #1 WR. He's more talented than all of our WRs. 4.4 speed. Great hands. Great route runner. Good separation. Good YAC. 1,500+ yards and 12 TDs the last two seasons. Played all 16 games both seasons. Still only 25 years old. I would definitely like the Bills to look into him.
  4. Thank You...couldn't even find Easley in the WRs on the NFL draft tracker. Lol. https://www.nfl.com/draft/tracker/prospects/WR?college=allColleges&page=1&status=UNDRAFTED
  5. The one thing that worries me is that the Panthers could never find Cam Newton any good WRs... I'm scared that Beane will struggle doing the same for Josh Allen. (I like the guys we have, but I just think they're all more like #3-#4 WRs.) Not really.
  6. The Cardinals drafted Isabella, Butler and Johnson to go with Murray. The Browns drafted Callaway and Ratley to go with Mayfield...not to mention trading for Landry and Beckham, so drafting a WR wouldn't be needed. The Jets didn't draft anybody because, well, they're the Jets. The Ravens drafted Brown and Boykin this year, and Scott and Lasley last year to go with Jackson. The Redskins drafted McLaurin and Harmon to go with Haskins. The Broncos drafted Sutton last year to go with Lock.
  7. He ran a 4.75 at the combine. https://www.nfl.com/prospects/lil'jordan-humphrey?id=32194855-4d53-4685-a0a5-54fdf221bf83
  8. I just find it weird that every other team drafts a young WR to go with their young QB, so they can grow together. I guess Allen has that with Foster, but he doesn't strike me as having a #1 WR ceiling.
  9. I'd love to see... WR - Emanuel Hall (Missouri) WR - Anthony Johnson (Buffalo) LB - Te'Von Coney (Notre Dame) CB Saivion Smith (Alabama) DE - Jamell Garcia-Williams (Alabama-Birmingham)
  10. I'd really like to see the Bills get one or two of the following players... LB - Mack Wilson (Alabama) LB - Te'Von Coney (Notre Dame) LB - Vosean Joseph (Florida) CB - Amani Oruwariye (Penn St.) CB - Isaiah Johnson (Houston) CB - Corey Ballentine (Washburn) Edge - Shreef Miller (Penn St.) Edge - De'Andre Walker (Georgia) WR - Riley Ridley (Georgia) WR - Emanuel Hall (Missouri) WR - Kelvin Harmon (North Carolina St.) S - Deionte Thompson (Alabama) S - Jaquan Johnson (Miami) S - Andrew Wingard (Wyoming) OG - Michael Jordan (Ohio St.) OG - Beau Benzschawel (Wisconsin) EDIT: These are not in any order.
  11. Oh, I did not see that...but I agree, to me you're a native of where you were born. Pretty trivial question to ask, I suppose...but it definitely had me confused. Thanks for the article!
  12. Shreveport? Isn't Ed Oliver from Houston, TX? I read something that said he decided to "stay home" and go to Houston for college ball. His profiles all have him listed as being from Houston, TX. https://www.nfl.com/prospects/ed-oliver?id=32194f4c-4929-0385-df1c-0f8e40559b5a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ed_Oliver_(American_football) https://247sports.com/Player/Ed-Oliver-30459/ https://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/2016/ed-oliver-181 Wonder why Tre White would think that? ? EDIT: Also, how big is he? I've seen everywhere from 6-1, 275 up to 6-3, 290.
  13. DK Metcalf. Unless I can get N'Keal Harry in the 2nd round, then I'll take Hockenson in round 1 and Harry in round 2.
  14. Patrick Peterson is definitely going to cost more than Levi Wallace, Taron Johnson and "a pick." Those two combined are not half of Peterson...it would start with a first round pick, a 3rd round pick, and then both of those CBs or Hughes or Dawkins or something else.
  15. The Bucs definitely say no. Dawkins isn't that good...they can get a MUCH more impactful player at #5.
  16. Idk, but I love the name Rock Ya-Sin...that's a great sports name.
  17. Can't believe Netflix cancelled The Punisher...that was the best one, he was so badass.
  18. The idea/reasoning behind this made me laugh... With that said, I would love to pick another stud LB this year or next year. Not necessarily another 1st round LB, but a Lorenzo Alexander replacement. White - Edmunds - Milano would look pretty damn awesome for the next 10 years...but we have bigger immediate needs than a LB. McDermott has his Kuechly in Edmunds, his Davis in Milano (I use both comparisons very loosely)...now he needs his Shaq Thompson at some point, probably after this season.
  19. It's a football forum, that's what it's for...conversation.
  20. Lack of holes??? This team still has plenty of holes to fill before it becomes a playoff team. Just because they signed a bunch of guys, doesn't mean those guys are going to be any good. They need a #1 WR, a #1 TE, a young RB, 2 starting OG's, 1 starting OT, 1 pass-rusher, an OLB to replace Alexander, and a #2 CB...plus a punter.
  21. Which is exactly what I said...but I'm getting at the fact that the Bills desperately need another capable OLB. Hell, they need another ILB too. If one of their starters go down, they have nobody capable of starting for them. Thanks, didn't see it. The Saints signed Mario Edwards...maybe that means they're out on Ansah.
  22. I would REALLY like another OLB that can split time with Lorenzo Alexander (and take over next year)... Anthony Barr was #1 on my list, but I knew that was a long-shot. Shaq Barrett would have been a really nice addition, but he just signed for cheap. Shane Ray could learn a lot from Lorenzo Alexander, and like Kevin Johnson he would be a former 1st round reclamation project for McDermott. After that, all that is left is Thomas Davis...he would add great leadership, but would only be a one-year stop-gap. (Jake Ryan and Brandon Marshall are ILB who could potentially play OLB...and Zach Brown has the speed to play OLB, but I'm not sure he's ever played there.) Maybe they draft a young OLB, I don't have much faith in Julian Stanford or Deon Lacey. (Unless Corey Thompson forces his way onto the team.) I'd also like them to look into Randall Cobb on a cheap, incentive-laden deal...same with a pass-catching TE like Eifert or Seferian-Jenkins.
  23. I would love Metcalf or Harry...I think I would prefer Harry because of his production. And I think the value would be much better too. (1st round compared to 2nd round.) I think they should draft that big target (Harry/Metcalf) and a smaller guy (Brown/Samuel/Isabella/Renfrow/Godwin). (As for Anthony Johnson, I don't think anyone around here would care about him if he didn't go to UB.)
  24. The guy loves football and would be one of the hardest workers in ANY locker room...he just has a huge personality. So, in terms of that, he fits the process and the culture. Beane AND McDermott have already said those are the two biggest and most important things they want in a player...love for the game and a solid work ethic.
