  1. becoming less fun. not so much because they have failed to really be a true contender for nearly a quarter century, but more because of the rule changes and all the penalties. no, I wouldn't call it fun but more of an interest in watching the game and although considered entertainment that could be translated in to fun, I don't consider it a fun past time anymore. could it change? well, after 25 years of no real change and following them 45 years, I don't know if I'll live long enough to see a true contender in the buffalo bills?
  2. prediction thread?
  3. excellent post. the bolded is why I don't believe McD will have a long career in buffalo.
  4. the only way this regime last 5 years is if they field a contender in 2019? they don't, the regime is toast and back to square one? with a 3 or 4 win season they should be picking pretty high next draft?
  5. trust me, I know the history all too well. other then maybe 7 or 8 seasons out of 45 years following them, it's a history I would rather forget about.
  6. pitching that narrative is not going to work nor should it really. expecting the young generation to have to put up with incompetence as seen with this present regime so far just because you or I had to during those many, many years of terrible bills football is not going to ease their, mind nor should it. there is no guarantee this regime succeeds and after yesterday I'm really beginning to question if they even do. I've seen some bad football in my years of following the bills but this season has been real hard to stomach. I want to believe they get it straight this off season but I'm not really getting my hopes up, I believe McD is over his head as a HC. he's proven to be a decent DC but has no clue how to handle the offense. nearly half way through the season and with the show under the lights coming up this week it may be the straw that broke the camels back for me when it comes to believing McD & Co are the right people for the job after they get embarrassed on the national stage? I'm remaining on the fence with hopes this off season they can manage to load the team up with some talent and contend in 2019? if they resemble anything like this year next season I wont be wasting my sunday afternoons watching what has been a major ***** show and very hard to watch except for maybe (vikings) one game.
  7. maybe you should warp to the off season? you know that long period of time when there is no football to watch. yeah, I'll be glad to see some bills football, terrible or otherwise. GO BILLS!!!
  8. I am really, really hoping mack knocks the ***** right out of brady today!!
  9. truth. I have little to no confidence in anderson making any real impact today. too long on the couch and working with the same OC, OL and receiving corps. the only thing I can hope for is he's able to limit the turnovers. my trust today will be in the defense. they have, since the 2nd half of game 2, really become a dominant force and are the main reason the bills have been in any games. 2 wins. hoping to see it go to 3 today and 2-3 in the conference. GO BILLS!!!
  10. he may be out as well (ankle) edit: Khalil Mack is back
  11. is this thread contributing positively to the community?
  12. the defense of another teams rookie QB is probably a worse obsession then jeffmagics over his boy mahomes. I think its funny to watch a member squirm in envy and obsess over the arizona cardinals rookie QB, real funny.
  13. well, some must feel they're special and can crusade another teams QB and who is obviously strangely obsessed over.
  14. seems someone is pretty obsessed with that rosen kid here. poor fella, the bills didn't pick him so he lives with a futile obsession over his boy...
  15. no, but he set his own. Josh Rosen is the first rookie QB to throw two pick-sixes in the first quarter of a game in NFL history. ROSEN'S FIRST QUARTER
  16. why is this thread still going? another teams game thread? is the interest in that rosen kid that great? he looked liked a scrub rookie last night, so. game over
  17. so pretty much the same excuses for rosen as with allen. a rookie. just nice to see rosen is no better when pressured along with taking all those sacks and throwing ints and what, two pick 6's? has allen thrown a pick 6? anyhow, those clamoring over rosen before and after the draft can come down off their cloud now, he's got a lot of work ahead of him, just like our rookie does.
