    I'm not very good with faces. Compound that with those faces being buried in a helmet, and I'm done for. Tom Brady could pass me on the street and I wouldn't even notice. FWIW... a friend of mine had an Ed Oliver experience at Dave & Busters. It was very positive and made him an Ed Oliver jersey owner. There's a lot to be said about being humble and having basic manners.

    MVP is the player that a select few journalists select. It's a personality contest skewed by major media markets. If the vote were today: it would be Tua, or an Eagle, or a Ram, or a Charger. Actual contribution on the field is of secondary consideration. EDIT UPDATE: there's a mix of reality and sarcasm in my reply. Sorry for the mix up.

    Dang it! New England, the Jets, and the Dolphins. They're all punching above their weight class this season--and succeeding. Divisional games are going to be intense, not the rolling bye-weeks some overconfident fans thought they would be.

    It may not be cheating, because the NFL probably doesn't have architectural rules. But it is certainly unethical. Unethical behavior is enough to hold someone in scorn.

    Well, one thing it isn't: the line doesn't represent who one thinks will win or lose. The house wants people to bet evenly on both sides of the bet,so they adjust the line accordingly. People are bettng as if the Ravens game will be close.
