  1. I don't think Marlowe is an upgrade. So be it, just because the Bills staff saved his life doesn't mean the Bills owe him a job for the remainder of it.
  2. but if they all drop passes (apart from Diggs and Kincaid apparently), is there actually anyone on the roster to catch passes now?
  3. Who else is there at his position to replace him? I agree that he's not a great football player and isn't a long term answer to any questions but in terms of a backup safety who else are they going to roll with?
  4. He's also rushing against a series of pylons.
  5. If Shell wins that job we are doomed.
  6. I don't think you'd get anything worthy of trading him. He has more utility for this season than a mid round pick does next year.
  7. There is only one ball and if you don't throw it to Diggs enough it doesn't go well. edit: and no, you don't pay him a big money extension. He's Robin, you never pay Robin. You get a new Robin. You pay Batman.
  8. Who is left for the PAC (insert number here) to pick up? Without USC and UCLA it's sort of wack already. San Diego St? Boise St? UNLV? BYU would have made some sense but they already made their move.
  9. I want to believe that, but he hasn't been for either of his two previous teams. We will see.
  10. It's a measurement of the number of people who guessed that answer. I guessed Alonzo Spellman as a person who played for the Lions and Cowboys today. 0.04% 1k rusher for the Jets: Freeman McNeil. 4%
  11. Priority one, two, and three. 1. Catch the ball 2. Secure the ball 3. Maintain possession of the ball Anything in a return is a bonus.
  12. Winning money is always smart. I was being a smart aleck though. Given that it's gambling.com I'd imagine that it's some sort of measure of how much the gamblers win and doing that necessitates betting against your own team sometimes. Not necessarily to lose, but at least knowing when to take the points and when not to.
  13. How much money they made betting against their own team.
  14. All athletes starting in MS have to have an annual physical. That physical does not include any sort of cardiac screening apart from a pediatrician and a stethoscope, at least in the states I'm intimately familiar with. That's somewhat insane to me. Pre-COVID we had an outside organization volunteer to come in and do a proper heart screening for all of our middle school athletes and for anyone else in the school who wanted one. Unfortunately they are no longer operating.
  15. He had off-season shoulder surgery did he not?
  16. Bunch of people here fiercely searching for their hoard of Green Stamps.
  17. I might need to watch in Spanish more often.
  18. So long as the throwbacks aren't the clown uniforms from the early 2000s. They need to take all of those, burn them, and launch the ashes into the sun. Those and the Sluggalos.
  19. Had concussions as a rookie and landed a substance abuse suspension after falling asleep behind the wheel after drinking while on anti-depressants. Wouldn't be shocked if the concussions and anti-depressants were connected. If he's gotten healthy he could be a contributor.
  20. I'm sure I'll get booed out of the room but I think their peak was two seasons ago and they missed this window. IMO, it's more likely that they have a down season than win it all.
