  1. great athlete, maybe a gadget player/ST in the league. Late round player who will be drafted mid rounds for his athleticism.
  2. The fish are overthinking it. And I’m very ok with that.
  3. Honestly, I think the best WR from this class will be had after the first round. Jeudy and Lamb are good but not sure they'll be great. Whoever it winds up being, we have now taken away the risk associated with the pick to get a guy in his prime that has been compared (on the field) to Antonio Brown. By eliminating that risk, the Bills - and I agree- take Diggs over any other WR available in the draft.
  4. There was a Fairburn article posted here in Feb that detailed the scouting that went into Duggar: I think this old interest mixed with not having any glaring needs is why you are seeing a resurgence of Duggar to the Bills. Imo, the Bills probably saw him as a mid round, poor-man Shaq Thompson type for McDs defense. I think rd 2 will be too pricy for Duggar in the Bills minds if I had to guess though if they do select him I wouldn’t hate it at all. I think he could become a really good player in our sub package and a potential heir apparent if they decide to part with Milano while paying Tre, Dawkins, Hyde, Josh and Edmonds. i still think RB is most likely tho
  5. Great signing! Nice to see them go off the Carolina Panthers connection for good players too!
  6. He is an amazinggg talent. What an upgrade to our receiving unit! And it is exciting to see the start of all of our chips being pushed in. 2020 should be a very good year. He has been a bit of a problem child in Minnesota which is worrying. I expect we will add money onto his current contract and that should make him a lot happier.
  7. Need to add last name to title lol. Thought this was about Garappalo (sp?)
  8. I live in Philly and got to watch him try to hold onto throws. He sucks at pass catching. Pretty good at other things. Not pass catching. If you wanna base your opinion off those stats (which really aren’t that great) that’s your prerogative.
  9. If you really like Aiyuk that is ok. Receiver is a skill position that requires a lot of reps to learn the type of things needed to do them consistently. Maybe he can learn but their are a lot of talented players who never did when they got in the league and did not make it. Aiyuk’s physical skills make him worth a good draft pick. I just don’t think the physical skills are good enough, combined with how raw he is to warrant a first round pick. But I’m certainly no pro scout.
  10. Every WR has their share of drops but Jeudy knows how to play the receiver position. Aiyuk is still learning, after transferring from JUCO, how to place his hands and how to position his body to make good catches each time. To me that makes him a project, and one that would be better drafted after the first round.
  11. Aiyuk is very talented, and good with the ball in his hands. A few too many drops to be a first rounder imo
  12. Higgins has his flaws and their are better prospects imo but he probably has the best hands in this draft...and we were plagued with drops the last two years.
  13. Really talented player. I think he wants his contract re-done, so we would have to give him new guaranteed money like when we got Shady. We are getting close enough to really contending that it may be worth it if it’s just a 2nd round pick
  14. Honestly, hope the guy can step away from football. The number of concussions he has had is dangerous. so no.
  15. I think that is biggest for Gandy-Golden. A lot of concerns coming into this week about his speed. I’m going to guess he will excel in the actual game on Saturday. He was dominant for Liberty the last several years.
  16. Totally agree, he drops too many passes. I actually would have him as a day 3 pick. Impressive physical ability and i think he can refine his game with more practice...he is only a few years out of JUCO...but too many red flags to draft highly.
  17. Of all the big names, give me Conklin. Just him and I’ll be really happy. Single best thing we can do for Josh is to finally protect his right side.
  18. As an OSU fan, how do you feel about Dobbins? I’d like it if the Bills got a RB that can really pass block like Freddy used to to give Allen that last line of defense. From what I’ve seen (limited), Dobbins has gotten pretty good at that this year.
  19. Chaisson showing up too. So many exciting players in this game
  20. J’Marre Chase is one heck of a receiver. Jefferson is good, Chase is another level. So good at releasing from CBs initially and down the field. Early first rounder next year.
  21. By far Higgins, has THE best hands in this draft. His form is just great and always snags the ball with his hands, never lets it get into his body - which would be nice considering how many drops our WRs had. His catch radius is also very nice as not only is he around 6’4’’, but he also has great flexibility. He is not the fastest WR, but he was able to get behind secondaries pretty consistently at Clemson. To me he has the ability to be a DeAndre Hopkins type of receiver, which we saw first hand how that has helped DW. Even in the Orange Bowl where he was matched up with Okudah who is gonna be a really good pro, he got over him for a touchdown. From what I’ve seen so far, I think he is WR1 in this class (Which is deep but I don’t think has an elite talent at the top) and should fall right where we will be drafting as of right now.
  22. This year, we should really try to take a play out of the Eagles 2017 run. We have Josh cost controlled for another two years, spend in FA, send some future mid round picks to teams for players on the last legs of their rookie contract. DJ Moore would be great if we can get him at a discount. He was a first round pick a few years ago, I’d expect we would have to give that up to get him. Anything less and I’d do that in a heartbeat.
