  1. Just as long as the Bills go winless.
  2. I echo your astonishment. EJ5 had a monster game vs UCLA that was rescheduled due to the Hurricane. It was ironic. An all time great UCLA team getting upset big time by two hurricanes, dashing their national title bid. The other one ran for over 300 yds if I remember correctly.
  3. I’ll have to rewatch Hard Knocks but Pegula seems to be getting his team’s temperature from the HC. Plainly clear that McD is the McMan
  4. Somebody gets it. I never understood the Best of All Time hype. I think True Detective season 1 is up there. Plenty of other shows were better than The Wire
  5. Alls I asked for was that the show not be hokee. I never thought that the Bills of the 90s played well to a national audience—something was always off and awkward. For HK, the hoke is there, but so are some genuinely good guys inside the building and that always plays well. Come on!!! I LOVED THE EPISODE!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏 Winning Culture The wait of the world is on Allen’s manly shoulders. Dion Dawkins is THE MAN!!! Tre is a g dog. The camp roster was rounded out smartly, with some edge. This team is a bigger step better from last season than any other top ten organization. I think. But Defense will decide if that potential is realized, right? ?Will we see Mr. Pegula meet with Beane? Based on that ep., It’s TP—>McD—>JA17 I’m still astonished at the young, inexperienced coordinators this team has. It wasn’t too long ago we had medium to very experienced OCs and DCs. I really want to see more of the dynamics between McDermott and the coordinators. Is he giving a master class mentorship to a winning culture—but maybe a more astute Xs&Os and big game manager OC or DC goes on to outclass him on the scoreboard as HC somewhere else? But props to Sean. Every single team in the league would be better off having had McDermott serve as its HC at one time or another. We are all rooting for him to get that ring! Taron Johnson made me laugh the most. Smart. Resourceful. Honest. Attitude. TJ7. Damar Hamlin has a roster spot for life. He’s worth his weight in gold to THIS locker room. I have a feeling he’s the quiet inspiration of the entire thing. 52+DH3 is greater than any other 53rd man imaginable. All I kept thinking was.. Damar Hamlin winning a Super Bowl with the Bills, wowww :goosebumps:
  6. Cook deserves more money than he’s getting in the last year of that rookie deal. What he’s worth as an NFL runningback isn’t the same as what he’s worth to the Bills, at this moment. Imagine if Davis gets dinged.. Cook has a decently strong position here in negotiations. Unless of course he thinks he’s getting $15m per for more than three years. I have to believe the Beane and Cook are close.
  7. Saying “it depends on the QB, the offensive” is saying it don’t matter at all. But hell, it could supply the defensive players with a boost if they’re picking off a solid QB
  8. Always getting the circumcisions during camp/pre season. I’m getting the Bruce sweats
  9. Okay here we go! Which of the four teams 1. Can do this? 2. Would do this? 3. Should do this? I LOVE STARS WANTING TO BE HERE!!!
  10. Here in Southern California, I walked into a Walmart around the late 90s. Strangely (or not.. it’s Walmart), there was a signing table setup, and at quick glance I saw USC Trojan Heisman Trophy winner (they’re a dime a dozen) signing things with posters and the cardinal and gold all around. My heart friggin sank into my toes because I thought, for a fleeting moment, that it was OJ Simpson about 20 feet away from me. In a split second it made sense—dude was well on his way to panhandling for fame and fortune while being completely unaffected by how people saw his slasher ***, and USC was struggling. Match made in heaven. Before the murders, all I remember is my mom saying, “the Bills suck! but OJ was great” 🤣
  11. KC0 has to be a Tee Higgins threat out there. If a defense doesn’t account for Higgins, he’ll kill you. Why can’t Coleman be as effective as Higgins..?? Physically, he’s there.
  12. Seriously though, Beane would’ve signed him as you suggest. I ain’t too mad at Beane for how he does his job.
  13. Let’s ask this: Of McDermott was just the DC and not the HC, would/should he have been fired for the playoff let downs? I think Yes
  14. Lions looked frantically out of step. I dunno.. their HC isn’t an Xs and Os genius guy, and with those assistants gone. Limited dynamic-wise talent in Goff. Lion Country got burned real bad last year. Might see a significant slip from them this year. Writing them off! RB Hampton is a problem already. Chargers are going to be a grind to beat. Harbaugh is on a media blitz mission to make everyone believe Herbert is the next coming. Should be fun to watch them deal with the internal pressure Harbaugh carries with him.
  15. Chunks of yards at will. Imagine how confident they must be knowing they’ll score a TD, FG, whatever, on the final drive against us, if they need to..?! I mean, some around here (me!) are confident that this is our year to beat the Chiefs! We have no idea what tangible confidence even is!😂
  16. Ya know.. the Bills are an awesome football team. They’ve been near the top of the league for half a decade + — awesome with a capital “A”, baby! But from this position, there is a difference between the Champions and team #3. This front office and staff has to keep pushing the buttons for as long as Terry and Kim are behind them. The third element to it is the players. I hate to say it but I’d rank the three units for fulfilling their job duties towards winning the Super Bowl as 1. players; 2. front office; 3. coaching staff. I believe one of the reasons that if a coach/quarterback combo (or coach’s tenure) either wins the big one in the first few years together (or whatever) or not at all is because of over exposure—other teams figure them out. Since Allen is a much better football player than McDermott is a football coach (no disrespect intended here.. McD is very good) I believe it will be Beane firing McDermott and not the other way around if this doesn’t get done in the next three years. McDermott and HIS STAFF have to evolve and stay ahead of the curve, instead of being typical trash on defense in the final game of the season each year.
  17. And the defense simply sucked. Surrendered 10 yards a pop, often eight yard plunges went untouched. It was extremely frustrating watching the Chiefs run in open field so so often. No Bills players in the picture.
  18. Sure he did. He just dropped the most significant pass of the season 😲
  19. Can’t believe Wilkins wants to be a Bill so bad that he’s acting out a 2024 stadium favorite
  20. Yeah, that Beane misjudged both in the draft 🤣
  21. Love this. Needs to be said. Football games weren’t for the elite in the 70s, 70s, 80s 🤣… then SB halftime shows and clever commercial time sales slowly turned it into a pop singer’s vehicle for concert sales. Dumb. We’re doing the NFL a favor by keeping things outside and providing a cheering grounds for those of us that don’t identity as the such.
  22. Not so sure Allen was ready at a young age to do Mahomes things. I’m not so sure he was ready in last year’s AFCCG. But he’s ready now. I’m sure 🙌
