Love this. Needs to be said. Football games weren’t for the elite in the 70s, 70s, 80s 🤣… then SB halftime shows and clever commercial time sales slowly turned it into a pop singer’s vehicle for concert sales. Dumb. We’re doing the NFL a favor by keeping things outside and providing a cheering grounds for those of us that don’t identity as the such.

A Sign That This Is The Year For Our First SB Win

Not so sure Allen was ready at a young age to do Mahomes things. I’m not so sure he was ready in last year’s AFCCG. But he’s ready now. I’m sure 🙌 -

Every teams mount rushmore of head coaches

Von seems well liked by all levels of his prior organizations, and he’s great with the media, great with publicity. He’s an asset for sure, but sadly he’s worst attribute as an memeber of a team is found on the field these days. Wish him the best.

TJ Sanders Signs - Draft Class Complete!
Thrivefourfive replied to sven233's topic in The Stadium Wall
Glad they took my advice -
He saw it coming. The NFL and NBA have been absolutely ruined by over whistling. Whistles for things that have nothing to with the ball, a score, a gain.. We’ve become too accustomed to it. It’s insane. Obviously, NBA is way worse. Wild West over there with their enforcement/non-enforcement of rules.

Exactly. Just sign them. Something went wrong here and this is stupid. Sign and figure it out next draft or whatever. What’s the end game here.. hold outs and then signing for guaranteed money anyways. Collusion is the only way the teams get what they want contract wise m, at the cost of their second best draftee missing camp/pre season time.

Ah Jesus, Already a snow dusting on the roof. Anyone else think it looks huge and fears they’ll never fill it? 😂 -
Anticipated changes in philosophy/scheme in 2025?
Thrivefourfive replied to TFBillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Let’s be honest. On defense we re-signed, and signed a handful of one year question marks. If it doesn’t work I won’t be surprised. Oh the draft. It’s got the reputation as a crap shoot for thousands of reasons, so let’s not pretend we won the damn draft on defensive just yet. Attitude? I think the whole roster balls out for the MVP Allen. I mean what’s not to LOVE about him as a teammate. If McDermott keeps blowing playoff games, the players should smarten up and suppose Josh no matter what. Know what I’m sayin. -
I don’t wanna hear it. All it takes is one weak link, and I’m not in favor of this happening right now with where this team is at as far as Super Bowl of Bust.

Guess it’s okay if the conversations meander a t(h)ad 😐 Are the Bills your first NFL love? Whats your first Bills memory either way? - Yes. One and only - My first memory is hearing around the house that Jim Kelly is destroying with the Gamblers and acting cautiously exuberant that he’s coming to save the Bills. The very first word-for-word quote I can recall is, (on the 1987 season) “Grandpa thinks the Bills aren’t too bad.” One more random thought.. can anyone can shed light on the Legend of Brian McClure? He’s 61 now so nothing life threatening. But drafted by Bills in 86, starts one game in 87, and the stream runs dry? Injuried beyond repair in his only game? Did he get recruited by The Farm? Cold War Double Agent? https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/McClBr20.htm

He’s twice the size of our TE!

As two more top prospects go early in the draft to add to the number of better tight ends drafted in the league post DK86. But we shall see. If the Bills can’t find a use for him this season can’t imagine they’d do anything to retain his services

Why? Hairston can’t tackle 🍿

Bills 2nd Rnd pick in 2025 Draft : TJ Sanders - DT South Carolina
Thrivefourfive replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree. I think everyone here wanted a nose tackle though. Sanders is a QB pressure guy. The Bills need to pressure the QB. time’s gonna tell. -

I think I hate seeing Collins at like 335lbs. I think our guy Sanders needs to be 320lbs to make me comfortable. Here’s to hoping Beane knows what he’s doing. Because this draft pick is HUGE -
Shedur Sanders Make To Round 5? (Poll) - UPDATED x 3
Thrivefourfive replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
It does. It’s circular. No one on TV wants to admit that they pushed Sanders for clicks. That they and their bosses in the offices are in bed with clicks. There’s a smaller group of “experts” that took themselves seriously as experts. They look like fools now, and are scraping for their jobs. Daniel Jeremiah is supposed to give us accurate info about the inter workings of teams. He’s supposed to be a real expert with real info. Not a talking head. NFL network cannot keep him. I’ll laugh at everything he says now in his expert voice. The networks aren’t shy about ditching these guys anymore. It’ll be fox sports, then cbssports, then podcast guest spots, and he’ll be paying for his own insurance soon. He’s touted as an expert, and he’s proven he’s clueless in such a big way, about the brightest spot in the draft, about the biggest position in sports. That’s so embarrassing. He knows. -

Agreed. It’s not a real reason.
