Teams want attacking style of defense, Marrone is all about conversative play calling and that is why he hired Jim.In games that our defense needed to make plays we failed and you can review the NE/SD/KC/Miami and Oakland games.If their was one play this past year that sums up how he calls a game it was against KC, we were trailing late with about 2 mins left in the game.On third & 5 we send a 3 man rush and Alex Smith has way too much time and ends up finding his TE for a first down.How do you let a rookie QB(Oakland) kick your ass in a game you need?

Many teams understand that the Bills had a very talented defense before he even arrived and would prefer attacking style defense.Jim is great if you want to rush 3 or 4 guys and play coverage.You need a D-line that has guys that can win one on one and sometimes one on two battles or you end up giving the QB too much time to make throws.A great example of this is looking at our DB Robey in coverage with Pettine"s system (looked good because QB had to make quick decisions) this past year he had to hold he coverage longer and looked average/below average at times.Not all teams have the type of talent on the defense to make Jim's system work well.

I would sign him but you would have let Fred go with his 3.2 million contract.He best days are behind and you could see how slower his moved this past season.

I am all in for signing Mike Iupati and I would also bring back Spiller for about 9-10 three years.Not interested in Hughes at 12 per year (did nothing until he arrived with the Bills)lots of players would look good playing with those three guys.

Just finished hearing Brandon on the radio talking about his life long friendship with Doug Marrone. Makes me sick thinking he was trying to sell that piece of work to the fans two years ago.Ryan was hired after long search Marrone was hired because of Brandon's connection with Syracuse, his next job will be parking cars at the Ralph.

The fact that his buddy Danny Crossman begged Ryan to keep him here tells you what the chances of Marrone getting another HC job.I am sure reading between the lines Terry was avoiding legal issues with Marrone and started talking about how much he liked Doug (right/sure).

That is very insulting, that team does not have the record they achieved this year without that guy who going into his prime years.I could see if he was 29-30 and slowing down, I would sign him here for 6-7 MILL and then cut or trade remaining running backs (not one got more then 71 yards in a game) we have on our roster.We do not have a great QB and you need a above average talent at the running back position.

If he decides to leave Denver I could see him going to play in Houston which has a dome (arm not as strong) they have some good receiver talent and good a solid defense.With our climate that would not be a very good fit, but it looks like he is staying in Denver as of yesterday.

Yes because this another example of Marrone not getting it, how many players started to suck the day he was hired.

I think he did a good job with our offense with the average talent he had to work with.
